The staff, the SPA, the breakfast, the size of the room and bathroom..During low season all works well not sure how it would be during the high season as the hotel complex is huge and the SPA might get overcrowded. Best time for the SPA was from 13:00 to 15:00 when most people left to have lunch.

The rooms soundproofing is not the best. "Private pool" is not private to you is private to that unit of the hotel complex and the non child as well. In the SPA there were plenty of kids.

Adult only - great location. Never a problem getting sun bed, cabanas nice too. Nice size pool. Very chilled. Reasonable price for drinks at bar. Free entry to spa, which was lovely. Air con good - nice sized balcony. Staff friendly. Nice pina colada with complimentary sweets. Good wifi - free in room safe. Great location close to bars and restaurants and opposite beach.

Unheated pool which was rather chilly

The location was perfect, ideal for every level of ability. Just outside the oassium hotel, there's a grocery store, bakery, and coffee to go . There's a variety of clothes /gift shops & nice restaurants. There's an Italian restaurant which does lovely pizza and delicious pasta dishes. A tapas bar ,an irish pub with the best beef & potato pie. an ice-cream waffle parlour. Across the road, there's a fab beach.Theres a bus stop into Salou centre on the doorstep. There are cycling lanes, which should be promoted more. It feels safe as traffic wasn't heavy. There were no bike rentals in the area of la pineda or at the oassuim. We had to rent bikes in Salou. I found this out when I was there (it took two receptionists to answer the question on two different day's) apparently they close one of their hotels early Oct. I believe there were bike rentals available, but it was closed. One of my main reasons for booking this hotel was because it stated they had bike rentals, but sadly, that wasn't the case. The breakfast was very good at the oassuim. They definitely need another toaster and an extra coffee machine as there were lines forming. There was plenty of variety, freshly squeezed orange juice, and lots of choices. Cold and hot breakfast. An omelette option would make a huge difference as scrambled eggs or fried were a bit repetitive. The lunch menu at the oassium was fab . Lots of choices. It could be promoted more as it was really lovely sitting poolside . We didn't see the lunch menu until our 3rd day in. The pool area was great, as were the bar drinks. The dinner location is a bit underwhelming as it's the same restaurant as breakfast, which has a bit of cafeteria feel to it. It would be nice if there was a bit of character added for the evening and a bit of ambience. Overall, we loved the oassium Estavil Park experience. We'll definitely be back sometime.

Reception staff could be a little more approachable. Some were very friendly, but it appeared they were always too busy, which meant long waits to approach them or ask questions, I found they didn't really have time to help or explain which was a little frustrating.

I really like he hotel even though I am too picky in choosing a hotel. The room is big with great balcony. Beds are very comfortable. The view was amazing. You can choose anything you like on the breakfast. There are so many variants of food for any diet. The neighborhood is much better than in Salou. Spa center and roof pools are included.

Can't point any minunses. The place exeeded my expectations. Choose La Pineda not Salou.

Everything! I will definitely come back. Very easy to arrive from Reus Airport and also from Barcelona by bus. The place is part of a big hotel complex but once you are in, you really feel like you are in a little oasis. However the Spa is shared with the other parts of the complex. The staff was super nice, as well as the breakfast and the dinner. I will recommend to include breakfast and the spa. Also, you have a 10% discount on the any beauty treatments. We enjoyed the Spa evert day, you need to pick the less busy times to ensure you enjoy it to its max! We did a couple of beauty treatments too amazing!

Location was amazing. The staff was very helpful, not only in the hotel itself but also in the other included facilities in the surrounding buildings (rooftop pool and spa). The bed was comfortable, rooms were silent and the overall vibe was very relaxing. The breakfast buffet was very very good.

It is allowed to smoke in the chairs around the pool, which was a bit annoying for non smoking folks like us. Dinner buffet was mid, with not a lot of choices.

I’ll start with the best first. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Fresh squeezed orange juice. Delicious bread selections, amazing Iberian ham and cheese options, great options off the griddle. All so delicious. Also cava was a drink option at breakfast, which my girlfriend very much enjoyed. The hotel staff was very hospitable, welcoming us with water, fruit, and cava if so desired. Gorgeous pool area with loungers. Beach towels to rent with 10€ deposit per towel. Comfy beds. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Nice smelling toiletries in the room with backup toothbrushes etc if needed. And a bidet, though we didn’t use it. Overall one of our favourite hotels we’ve been to to date and can only recommend.

If I have to be picky, I wish that the hotel entrance opened right to the beach instead of to the side of the building and the sheets on the bed could’ve been a bit thicker. We were given only a flat sheet to cover ourselves at night but was climate control room and can only recommend.

A practical location with friendly and helpful staff. Oassium was elegant and yet homely all in one.

We just not lucky with the weather, rainy and too windy at that time so we couldn’t enjoy the beach. For breakfast option they have many pork, since i didnt eat pork, maybe better add some meat.there is chicken sausage but beef no. When we arrived there is misscomunication between reception and spa staff, we would like enter but spa staff says close, its just 8.30pm and reception says its 9pm is close, so it takes time for us to arguing and confirm. At the end they let us to go in but we dont have any mood anymore because too long waiting.

This hotel is in a great location, the staff welcoming and rooms extremely clean. The pool area is really relaxed! Would absolutely recommend. Loved that you can also use rooftop pool and bars in other parts of hotel.

No hotplates for the hot options in restaurant meaning if you don’t get it right away it can be cold.
