The room location is perfect, you can see cathedral from your window, all oldtown is in walkable distance from there. Room itself is spacious, elegant and stylish, has refrigerator and fully equipped bathroom.

Breakfast were given at nearby cofe, just around the corner, you have to walk around 5min. Breakfast meniu is short: you can choose type of coffee and flavor of granita. Granita comes with brioche. The room itself doesn't have any type of dishes or glasses, even plastic ones.

a great location just a few minutes walk to a lovely sandy beach. The staff were lovely and even opened the restaurant just for us. And what a gorgeous vegetarian meal they prepared. The cook and his assistant stayed on chatting making us feel really welcome. Fresh croissants were delivered in the morning and we enjoyed them sitting on the sheltered verandah.

Thoughtless guests clearly smoking in the living room and bedroom. It’s a smell that is impossible to eradicate, no matter how clean the areas were.

like the pictures, nice and tidy, clean bathroom, cute view from the window, the host was lovely and accomodating, was able to check in a bit later and it was all good, very responsive, gave us good recommendations for dinner, really lovely spot. We only had a short stay as we’re only passing through messina but still an amazing spot.

bit warm in the room but the air con works well

The room was very spacious, as well as the bathroom. Everything was very clean. The reception was amazingly friendly and full of good tips. Good bed, useful small fridge and desk. The location couldn’t be better.

Pub next door is a bit noisy, but that’s the cost of staying at the very center of the city.

A beautiful little B&B run by very friendly people! Had recommendations for activities/food, and bed was comfortable. I did have mosquitoes in my room, but a plug in device was supplied, and once that was on the rest of the night was great.

There are some noticeable signs that there’s some upgrades underway (holes cut in plaster) however the room is still totally functional so shouldn’t be an issue for most people.

The location is exactly in the center close to everything, it has a very nice view too. I took a room for 2 ‎people it was big enough for both of us, the bathroom got cleaned each day and the host is super kind and ‎helpful. the breakfast included was also very good.‎

Since the hotel is exacly in the center of the city, it doesn't get calm easily at night you kind of have to ‎wait until the bars and the restaurants near the B&B get closed.‎

Location is basically in the city center, when you go out of the building you're there. Everything is clean and you have everything you need.

It can be noisy because of the parties in the street since it's city center.

Guendalina was one of the most helpful and welcoming hosts I’ve ever had. After a long two months of travelling, I needed somewhere comfortable and welcoming to stay. And I absolutely found it. I hope very much that one day I’ll be able to go back to Messina and stay here again.

Supernice place, just in front of the magnificent Cathedral, a big room with A/C, fridge, comfortable bed, fast wifi, nice staff, a big bathroom.

the booked secure parking never materialised. to operate the shower you needed a university degree, but the biggest problem was the music from the cafe immediately below our room - if had known that this was likely to happen we would not have booked
