Spa is awesome: 2 big pools, 2 jacuzzi (one outdoor), tanning area, saunas. Family friendly hotel - outdoor and indoor play areas, pools, restaurants on site. Quiet area of Sinaia, 10 min walk from the train station and central Park. Elegant and comfortable room. Clean. Nice balcony. Good food at Cucina restaurant and lots of options.

I have stayed before and love this hotel, but this time I got a room without AC. Weirdly it had the commands on the wall, but no actual AC unit/vent in the celling (room 227). And it was very hot during our stay. A bit uncomfortable. And neither did the bathroom vent work. Staff was a bit rude sometimes, unlike my other stays. North view rooms are totally worth it only if you get an upper floor room, low floors don't have that much of a view.

Everything. Great SPA and pool area. Nice outdoor tanning space. Good breakfast. Comfortable for a family to have everything in the same place (quiet room, pools, playgrounds, restaurants) Quick check out and check in. Happy for the early check in.

The view in the south, at least on lower floors is to the outdoor jacuzzi area, but you can also see some mountains/forest in the distance.

The restaurants are very good, the food that they bring via room service was excellent. We will only return for the restaurants.

The fact that there is no A/C in all the rooms is a very big disadvantage. During the hot hours, we had to stay in side with our baby to sleep, and the temperature inside was very high. Considering the price we paid, this was unacceptable. Definitely, we will not return during the summer period.

A lot of options for breakfast. They also have 2 restaurants, just in case there's a bad weather and you don't want to go out. The prices are decent, the spa was also nice - my daughter spent hours in the indoor pool.

The room is a little small and it can feel like it has paper walls - especially at lunchtime you want to put the kid to bed or have a nap yourself, and the cleaning lady is slamming doors and vacuuming with the door open. They also had a party one evening, in their 1st floor restaurant - we stayed on the 2nd floor - it was a little noisy.

Decent size room with balcony, nice view. Pools+sauna Breakfast was ok The 2 restaurants from the hotel are ok Parking Minibar Walking distance to center

Not enough sunbeds or at least a chair to leave your robe and towel at the pool. Kids in the sauna even if it’s forbidden. Jumping in the pool Massage was unavailable due to lack of staff Pool and bowling was closed Bed matress very lumpy and uncomfortable Horrible pillows, lumpy and unconfortable Maids didin’t bother too much with cleaning Phone in room was disconnected

The location is great, in the city center but on a small rise that offers great views. Very polite staff, from the reception clerks to the waiters, cleaning crew, bartenders and everyone in between. Amazing spa center, with two big indoor pools (one with a glass ceiling which offers great views and is tremendous on snowy or rainy days and a huge one with salt water), 2 or 3 jacuzzis, dry and wet saunas, plenty of beds, a pool bar and in the VIP area (at an additional cost) a salt sauna, an extra jacuzzi and a vast array of massages. There seemed to be also am outside pool and another pool bar, but we just glimpsed them. Hotel International offers three restaurants: Panoramic, with Romanian cuisine, Sofia Italian Cuisine and the Austrian Tirol. All great, with plenty of space, nice decor, good food and friendly staff. Amazing buffet breakfast, a true 4 stars one, with something for everyone. Nice interiors, beautiful room with a huge comfy bed, a desk and balcony. Big bathroom with a walk-in shower. Chocolate Bar in the enormous lobby - beware, it's a standard day bar, not a chocolate tasting one, as we believed. Upon inquiry, we discovered that there were once big chocolate sculptures on the bar and a nice selection of desserts, but not anymore. There is also a beauty center and an entertainment center (pool and bowling) available at additional costs. We didn't try them, so no feedback other than they exist. In short, we had a wonderful experience that we would repeat anytime. Highly recommend.

The costs are pretty high, both for the accomodation and for the meals. You get good value for both, but much like the whole Prahova Valley it's not for everyone. As a young couple, we spent about 2200 lei (440 euro) for 2 nights, 2 full dinners and 2 light lunches. The temperature in the spa center could be higher and for the water too, especially in winter. There was an automatic door to the outside which kept opening when someone passed by, letting the cool air inside. Some hooks for hanging towels in the bathroom would be very useful.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, which allowed us to rest well, even with our child. The breakfast was very diverse, and all the dishes were incredibly tasty. The Tirol restaurant was excellent – I highly recommend it! Additionally, the spa area is beautiful and absolutely worth visiting. The staff was very friendly and supportive, making our experience even better. We would gladly return!

The spa area is beautiful and well-maintained, but it felt a bit chilly. While this is fine for adults, especially if you’re using the sauna, it might be uncomfortable for children. Increasing the temperature by 2–3 degrees would make it much more enjoyable for families. Additionally, considering the large number of children staying at the hotel, it would be great to see a dedicated restroom in the common areas with a lower sink designed for kids. Currently, the sinks are placed quite high, and younger children (up to around 8 years old) struggle to reach them to wash their hands independently. These small adjustments would make the experience even better for families with young children!

The location of the hotel is great, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious and the staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms have great facilities, good minibar options, wine glasses and wine opener. The breakfast buffet was very diverse and had a lot of good sweet and salty options.

The hotel is very popular among families with small kids, and it is definitely a great place for a family holiday. However, this is a downside for a young couple traveling without kids. We were woken up everyday by the children’s screams in the morning, the spa (pools & jacuzzi) was overcrowded with kids jumping, running, screaming and splashing water, which made it hard to relax, and the pancake station from the breakfast buffet was impossible to get closed to, since it was the most popular children’s choice.

The Breakfast was better than the last time i was there (2023) - more coffee machines, more variety, more hotel staff assigned there The room had the same design and functionality as last time i stayed in this hotel. I booked a few massage sessions, and i can rate them 10++

My assigned room (502) had more issues with the card holding spot than i was used to. The power was cut randomly during the day by the access card not fully connecting in the card slot. This is a general issue that i encountered in many hotels using this type of access card holder. Keeping a pack of sugar to press the card helped partially, but didn't fix the issue.
