The room is very big & comfortable, the hotel is quite far from main road so we have to take grab to go outside, they didnt provide breakfast so they return back the money for breakfast to us, they didnt have shuttle bus but paid for our grab(from airport to hotel only) what i really like about vietnam hotel they have netflix.

The wall is too thin that i can hear someone knocking the door next room it was 3am😅 & about the shuttle bus. Shouldn’t it be from airport to hotel & from hotel back to the airport? They paying for our shuttle from airport to hotel only but from hotel back to the airport next day we’re paying for our own. But its okay i dont mind paying for its only 100k dong, just the hotel should be more transparent about this things.

Introduced by friends, when I arrived I was quite impressed with the hotel's location, only 5 minutes by car from Tan Son Nhat airport. Entering the hotel was like entering another world because it was very quiet and had a lot of trees. The air is very cool and fresh (when I arrived, they were repairing something on the rooftop so it made a little noise but it didn't bother me). The hotel is quite nice and new. so everything is very clean, attentive staff supports almost everything you need, very worth the price, will come back many times, thank you MISAKI hotel for giving me a wonderful experience beyond my expectations.

Sept 2023. The interior design was spectacular. I really love the whole theme of this hotel. It's also in a quiet residential (near a condominium) area so it was nice. The staff were great! It's very clean and the bed was comfortable. Stayed for week...worth the money.

There was some issue with the internet but the front desk staff addressed it right away. The kitchen didn't seem to be operational as no one was there but you can just turn on the lights and ac if you want to use it. Need to clean and wipe off the dirt on table and chairs.

Friendly staff, rooms were small but loved the decor, clean, right near the airport, food in walking distance, good value for money. There was construction out the front during our stay, and the lovely gentlemen at the front desk voluntarily moved our room towards the back half of the building for a more quieter stay. Very appreciated.

Could hear "ding" noise from the elevator (I think?) all through the night

Our office is near the airport so it worked really well for me. The staff went out of their way to try and make my stay enjoyable ... even walking out to buy me some sushi one evening when I wasn't feeling well. Also with breakfast ,,,they had a special meal for me every morning ..albeit way to much food. The hotel is also in a very quiet location.

The only compliants I have are that the hot water was only warm and they are clearly not set up for laundry service (although they got it done for me anyway). I am guessing that on this latter point the fact that most guests would be one night stays only (airport hotel territory), means they get few requests. I was thrre 6 mights.

Quiet and safe location near the airport. The booking, communicating and checking in/out process at the hotel was simple an fast. Help desk was polite and helpful.

The shower didn't have a door causing water splash and overflow all over the bathroom floor. Two pairs of sleepers looked like used. The hotel only provided body wash but not shampoo and conditioner while listed that toiletries were complimentary. Very unpleasant to discover inside the shower! The area rug looked very old and dirty. I'd rather have it removed.

The rooms at Misaki Hotel are modern, clean, and comfortable. All rooms are equipped with all necessary facilities such as air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, etc. The bathroom is spacious, clean with full amenities.The staff at Misaki Hotel are very enthusiastic and attentive. They are always ready to assist guests when needed. In particular, the hotel also offers free airport shuttle service, which is very convenient for guests.

The staff (day shift and night shift) were extremely friendly and very accommodating. They made our stay at the hotel very comfortable! There’s a cute balcony where you can eat dinner and enjoy the night. We would definitely stay there again without a doubt.

Recommendation: the standing shower doesn’t have a door so we would definitely recommend adding a glass door to prevent the water from splashing out onto the bathroom floor.

The room is the standout feature of this hotel. Spacious with excellent facilities. Bath and shower were excellent. Lots of space all round. Lovely

No in hotel catering during my stay. I think there was in the past but now everything is ordered in. Locally there is everything you may need though

The building was absolutely beautiful, room was absolutely beautiful and well air-conditioned. The entire vuilding was very clean and the staff was lovely! Everything went exceptionally well during our stay. The location is very nice since it’s a little further away from all the traffic, so no noise could be heard from it. Highly recommend staying here!
