This was our second stay and both visits exceeded our expectations. Rooms are bright, spacious and modern with spotlessly clean bathroom and good quality bedding and towels. Food in the restaurant is delicious and good value. Staff are friendly but English appears a bit limited. Breakfast was sensational. We used the airport shuttle four times which was very handy

The hotel was very clean with a quirky, modern vibe. Beds were very comfy and the bathroom had a nice size vanity top to hold toiletries. The breakfast was outstanding, though they did have trouble keeping up with some of the food items.

The shuttle from the airport. The hotel sent me a message to go ALLLLLLL the way to the opposite end of the airport to 2B/D, when they had a drop off right near the Air France 2E/F area. Another guest and I were waiting for well over 50 minutes. We tried calling the hotel, but no one answered the number we were given. Also, be sure to make an appointment on the shuttle right away for the return trip! I think they need more than one van making the trip.

Fantastic well run property very close to the airport. The check in staff are excellent and very professional. The room is as comfy and clean. We would definitely use this every time we fly from CDG.

The restaurant staff are very unattentive and need proper hospitality training. One waitress on Saturday night (wearing a white jacket) got our order wrong, no big deal but she handled the whole thing poorly & made us feel uncomfortable. She was bordering on stroppy with us like we were being difficult. Lots of staff but it takes forever to get a drink or even to get anyone a attention, they are far too busy chatting. The menu is very basic and standard of food not ideal. Doesn’t help that it was stone cold. We would definitely stay at this hotel again but would eat elsewhere.

A very-well designed hotel with modern, well-designed room. The breakfast was great and the coffee machine delivered a particularly good cafe au lait! The shuttle can be reserved and runs on time.

The airport shuttle should run more frequently. As a newbee, I would have appreciated a map in their message with regard to the location of the shuttle. I had to ask two people where it was. I speak French so it was OK, but I would have been more comfortable with a map of the exact location of the pick-up, which is, for future travelers, Roissy Bus between Terminals D and B.

The room was lovely, clean and fresh! The welcoming area was stunning. My girls loved the swings and football table. The grounds were nice. The non cooked part of breakfast was great, the juices and hot drinks machines were fantastic. The pool next door was great and so was the ice rink. Due to there not being any shops locally I feel the hotel and leisure centre next door should make a better deal and include the ice skating in the price.

The cooked part of breakfast was unfortunately not cooked well, 80% of the bacon wasn’t cooked and sat in its oil. The scrambled egg was more like mash instead of scrambled.

There is so much to love about this hotel.... It's super convenient when you arrive at CDG airport and you simply catch the shuttle to the hotel. Great for avoiding the cost and fuss of organising a taxi. Such a relief after a long flight. The room was super clean and spacious. Check in process was excellent. It takes time to give great customer service and the reception staff were very good throughout my stay. I could see the hotel is very busy so congratulations to the staff on the front desk. The breakfast buffet was excellent: lots of options available. I also enjoyed a swim at the pool nearby. Its an awesome place and I don't think many guests take advantage of this opportunity. So definitely recommend this hotel to all travellers but especially for solo travellers who need safe and easily accessible place to stay in Paris close to the airport.

Communication with the hotel prior to check in was excellent. My queries were answered very quickly. King size room was good size and the room incredibly quiet. We ate dinner in the restaurant and our waiter was lovely. Buffet breakfast included with the room was great.

The hotel sent me a "get to know you" questionnaire and although I completed it they never referenced any of the information I provided so it was a missed opportunity for them. Why ask if you don't acknowledge? (Minor issue) The shuttle needs to be better organized. The shuttle area is quite long with many vans so if you don't happen to be standing exactly where the shuttle stops you'll miss it. I suggest waiting where you can see them approach. They only hold 7 people so if they're full you can end up waiting and they have no method of deciding who they should take the next time. Frankly I feel bad for the drivers as we were pretty mad after waiting 90 minutes as were others.

The lobby and room was well appointed and very comfortable.

I waited over an hour for the shuttle when it was suppose to run every 30 minutes. The signage was not helpful, nor was using any map app. I never saw any signs for the Roissy bus per the hotel's instructions as I made my way through the airport until I found the stop. There is zero signage for the hotel shuttle stop which is just next to the Roissy bus stop. I was lucky that I was already at the correct terminal when I landed. I was only able to find it by asking airport workers. In addition, I think is very inhospitable to not have the shuttle drop off guests at their terminal when they have to schlepp all their luggage and do not know where they are going. This is very stressful when you are trying to catch a flight.

It was a bit further away than we anticipated. We went for a walk to find the pools, which looked amazing, but only found an empty pool. On our way back to CDG, another guy told us you had to walk to the pools and sauna. I would have liked to have been given some more information, as a sauna or swim would have been great after our long trip. We should have researched more about tipping. Although the shuttle bus was free, my husband felt obliged to tip 10 Euros to our driver. We later found out that a couple of Euros is enough, as we have paid for the shuttle bus in our booking.

The room was spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel is surprisingly extra quiet; despite the proximity to the hotel, you don't hear the airplanes, which is a big plus. The hotel is kind of isolated in the middle of fret area but has everything to not need to get out of the facility. Shuttle service makes the commute to the airport easy.

The bathroom is big enough but not a lot of space to store your stuff and the shower had no pressure. Separated toilet is a big plus. The outdoor terasse is out of date. Not at the standing of the rest of the facility. Pool/spa was closed too early so cannot judge. Restaurant is decent but not exceptional, service slow.
