When booking 10 month ago booking.com made it appear we were booking the room with the view of castle but the view from our apartment was rather grotty despite this & the rather abrupt reception chap we had a great time.

The apartment was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Martin even lent me a warm coat until I could find one for myself. Staff went above and beyond. The location was very convenient.

When we arrived we were told we had been upgraded to a nicer suite. This involved a somewhat precarious climb to the top floor. I told the staff person I had asked for a room on the main floor because I did not want to drag suitcases up the staircase to the loft. I had to insist the staircase was not suitable for people our age (83 and 72) and then she gave us a room on the second floor only one flight of stairs up. This was upsetting but worked out well in the end.

The reception staff were amazing ( I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who helped us check in). He was super nice and greeted us very warmly and answered a lot of our questions to navigate the city. Our room was also very nice. It was located on the first floor with a stunning ceiling from. The beds were very comfortable also and everything was very clean. We visited during Christmas time and they had left us small cookies so it was a very nice gesture they showed. Location was also amazing. Very close to most of the attractions. Overall we had a pleasant stay at this place and would definitely come back. Can't recommend it enough.

We booked an apartment for 3 people with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area. Apartment turned out to be a huge duplex with a living area, kitchen, shower room and a toilet downstairs, with a huge bedroom area and ensuite bathroom upstairs plus landing area with storage. Fantastic value for money, as well as being full of character with exposed wooden beams in a beautiful well maintained historic building. Reception desk was open from morning to evening and staff were helpful and professional. Although in a very central location close to the Charles Bridge, it was very quiet and we all slept really well for the 3 nights we were there. Would definitely return and recommend.

Apartment wouldn't suit someone with mobility issues. Stairs up to the bedroom area were quite steep and there was also a step in the middle of the bedroom down to the ensuite which could catch someone unawares in the middle of the night. Wasn't a problem for us but could be for others. Washing machine provided but could have done with somewhere to hang out clothes as no dryer. No curtain or blind on the (not large) bedroom window so we ended up draping towels/jackets over and that worked fine.

Central location, very easy to find by Uber taxi from the train station. We stayed at the LOFT apartment on level 4, with a lift to level 3. A short climb up stairs, and you will get to level 4 (around the corner from the lift, not straight up the stairs ahead outside the lift.) The place is warm and cosy, with several heaters for our winter stay. Good Coffee Machine with lots of pods. Strong water pressure and good hot water. Lovely reception staff.

The place is the attic (converted to a bed / stay. There are two levels inside the apartment. The bed is on the lower level and has a steep climbing step. Similarly, in the bathroom/shower, the step can be steep for those with knee problems. as the shower is a step below the rest of the floor. (this is not a disadvantage to those who are agile but may be a challenge to those who are older / have knee issues. Having a small step in both the bedroom and shower may negate this issue in the future.

The apartment was in a perfect location; very close to Charles Bridge. You could get to all the tourist attractions by foot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist provided us with a map of the city and gave us lots of tips and recommendations. We had the most amazing view of a historical church and the Prague Castle. The apartment was very clean. There was a coffee machine and free coffee pods and cream that were replenished every day. The apartment complex was historic and beautiful.

We were first placed in an apartment with a view of the inner yard of the apartment complex. Although the apartment description didn't guarantee a room with a view over the street, we were expecting a nice view because all the pictures displayed on Booking.com showed a nice view. However, the manager was very willing to help and to provide a solution. They moved us to an apartment with a magnificent view the next day. In the end, we were very satisfied.

We have traveled all summer and stayed in many different hotels, and this place has no doubt the friendliest and most helpful staff! We were welcomed by a lovely smiling woman (Susana, I believe?) that gave us so many tips and suggestions for our time in Prague. Our interactions with any other staff member was great as well (before our arrival online, and while we were there) :) The room itself was charming, with lots of character. We appreciated the spaciousness, cleanliness and the amenities (coffee machine, washing machine, drying rack, kitchenette and FANS!). The room was quiet enough on the highest floor, but with the windows closed (otherwise, you can hear people on terraces until 12-ish at night). The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, with many restaurants nearby and Charles Bridge only 5-7 minutes away (walking distance). The surroundings are very charming! Walk only 3 minutes and you can catch a tram that will lead you to the airport easily.

Like many other hotels located in historical buildings, there is no AC. I believe that would not be a problem most of the year, but we were there during very hot days in August and the room was therefore hot and stuffy. It was getting a bit better late at night, we had good fans, and they even lend us an extra one, but still, it was uncomfortable to sleep. This is the ONLY negative point!

We stayed in 403 this is a loft apartment on the 4th floor. There is only a lift to the 3rd floor with stairs to the 4th floor which shouldnt be a problem for most people. The apartment is spacious and clean, it has the perfect balance of old meets modern. The beds are comfy the Kitchen has everything you need to self cater and you get some great views from the windows. Daily cleaning with fresh linen and towels .The area is quiet at night and the building is very secure. Staff at reception are welcoming, helpful and knowledgable with loads of great info and suggestions.

The location was great and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything you want to see in Prague is within a short walk.

There are only two problems we had with the apartment: 1. The room just didn’t cool down, no matter how long you had the fans provided on for. Meaning the room was 30 degrees plus at 1am, making it incredibly uncomfortable sleeping and just spending time in the room. 2. The Bin men empty the bins at 00:00 every night, and it’s ridiculously loud. Meaning you can’t even have a window open to cool down without a rude awaken.

Location was perfect. Right in the middle of everything. The staff were amazing too they were on hand for anything you would need. The room was cleaned every day by very friendly cleaners. We asked for an extra fan as the room was warm and we travelled with our baby, this was sorted for us with no issues at all.

Mould in the shower, the shower needs an upgrade in general. The room layout wasnt great if you are travelling with a young baby. The kitchen is seperate but the living/bedroom is altogether so a bit awkward when baby had to go to sleep.
