The room was clean. Having a microwave and fridge came very handy. The bathroom was relaxing and the bed was amazing.

The breakfast is basically snacks only, which is okay but would’ve liked more variety in snacks. The lack of elevator was annoying for transporting bags.

Ruchi (?) the manager was awesome. She worked with us to get a room canceled because of a last day emergency. She was very easy to work with and definitely won us over. If we ever come through this area again we will stay with them. Staff was very nice and check in was breeze. Its close to restaurants and the mall is right across the street. Thanks again for helping us out and we may see you again soon.

Breakfast was a choice of 2 cereals and a banana or an apple. Could use some work in that area. Coffee was good though. Had to go elsewhere to get breakfast. Other than that it was great.

The location was perfect, close to my where i needed to go in addition to the local shops and restaurants nearby. But the breakfast could use some improvement. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing I disliked about the hotel. As I stated before the Breakfast Bar could be a little better.

the hallways smelled like something rotten but the lobby and rooms didn’t, the beds for me was way to soft, and the “breakfast” is just cereal apple, banana, mini honey buns, and nutty butter bars, I had to ask several time for towels and needed up having to go to housekeeping door to get them.

Staff was very warm and welcoming with high professional quality. Was very very impressed with cleanliness, definitely price and location was amazing because I literally walked next door for supper. Also had great coffee. I've stayed in hotels that say they have coffee but do not.

Very clean room and hallways. Well furnished with everything in good shape. Staff were friendly, happy and very quick. Good price. Breakfast is basic but will take cheaper rate given nearby places for breakfast food.

Sometimes noisy due to other guests in the hallway.

Area of the room was quiet.

The only issue that happened on our last night was the backlight on the TV malfunctioned. You can still see a little bit of the picture (but it was really dark),but you can hear just fine. But that wasn't the hotel's fault.

It completely filled my needs. I found it clean and the location was right next to a mall. The breakfast was a cold bag breakfast but I was next door to a Dunkin Donuts. I walked through the outside each morning to the MacDonald’s on the other side to get my breakfast and to get in a walk.

Great location, a clean property and a welcoming staff! Was very pleased with my king room and daily cleaning service which is hard to come by anymore. I'll definitely plan to stay at this location again!

Hotel had a small continental breakfast available with cereal and fruits ... the juice machine wasn't working so they made arrangements for apple and orange juices which was nice (just be sure to ask for them). I believe this friendly staff will do what's necessary to make your stay comfortable ... just tell them what you need!

Breakfast consists of 2 types of cereal, a gallon of milk on a counter, nutty buddies and honeybuns. Good thing there is a Dunkin right behind the hotel and a Starbucks in walking distance.
