Family room housed my wife and our wife kids no problem, with a nice separation. Food at the hotel was good, with a kids under 11 eat free with a paying adult. So our kids ate free, with was a great value. Rooms had name brand soaps instead of the generic soaps, a nice bonus. Indoor pool and arcade was nice for the kids. Staff was excellent, and the shuttle to six flags was super convenient.

Not a huge deal, but the cable was super weak. It was Direct TV but a lot of the channels were not working.

We loved the fact that the shuttle was available for Six Flags guests. This saved us the hassle of traffic, parking and walking. The shuttle ran every 20-30 minutes but the longest we had to wait was about 8 minutes.

The price of the rooms was a little high. We enjoyed the room we had (pool view) but our sliding door to the pool side was hard to open/close. I also wish the sliding doors were able to be opened with the room key, but it didn't kill us to walk around.

The atmosphere was very nice and laid back yet fun and lively out by the pool area. The staff were all super friendly and helpful with everything we requested asst with. The on site restaurant was really good. Great food and the staff were all super friendly and fun.

There really wasn't anything that we did not like. Staff helped with everything we needed. The rooms and beds were amazing. Only one suggestion....add a night light to the bathroom bc that light will blind your ass at 2am lol.

We have stayed here a few times, and we have LOVED it each time. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL!! And the amount of effort they put into making it look nice for Christmas was like no other. BREATHTAKING!! I love the old-fashioned restaurant. The staff were so kind. The hotel was VERY clean, and our kids made the best memories. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and we loved having a balcony. We did the Christmas jubilee, and it was worth every penny. Our kids loved the crafts, the story time, and the treats they received during story time.

I would recommend having Santa wear a mic when he reads to the littles during santa story time. Several kids couldn't hear him because of the other kids. A mic would help. Bring back offering two weekends in December instead of just 1. Our hotel room could use a microwave..

Hotel was very interesting. The History of the property was fascinating. Pool area was spacious. Shuttle to Six Flags was timely. Restaurant was nice to have on property. Felt Safe and nice there was staff available if you needed anything at all. Rooms were clean and comfy.

Wish there was a time frame for Adult Swim. Maybe a 10-11pm. The kids and small children in the Hot Tub and jumping all around in and out of sauna was a bit much. I understand the Property is near the Amusement Park and Hotel might be filled with more children, but a little courtesy could be paid towards the Adults so we can enjoy it as well.

I had requested that the hotel do something special for us since we were traveling for our anniversary. We walked in the room and there were chocolate kisses in the shape of a heart and a red tinsel surrounding it. My husband was very happy and surprised and I was a very happy wife! ❤️ Thank you so much for making our anniversary overnight getaway so special.

In our room, the king bed and pillows were very comfortable. Easy access from the parking lot and plenty of light in the room. Close to the ice machine. Staff and maid service were very friendly and helpful. We were forced to leave our home because of the flooding in Pacific, MO

The room was a bit dated, and there was a urine odor in the bath.

The main entrance is beautiful and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. Check in took under 5 mins and we were provided a map of the complex which made it easy to explore.

The onsite restaurant is pretty outdated with not a lot of options. We walked in and waited while a waitress was on her cell phone for another waitress to walk in and realize we were waiting. Food was pretty boring but wasn’t horrible.

Everything was great very clean hotel and the access to getting to the park was great

I didn’t like how the safety was while walking to and from the room it was piece of metal that sits on the floor of the hall way by the evaluator that you can tripped on or fall my mom tripped very hard but didn’t lose her balance thank God she didn’t get hurt but was very shocking up it’s dangerous definitely needs a sign or something saying watch your step needs to be fix!! And the staff didn’t speak in the facility at all when spoken to . And the breakfast needs to be free every day for customers !! Last the elevator doors closed too fast especially if you have a elderly person or kids the door closed immediately so watch out

My husband and I loved the little restaurant in the hotel - reasonably priced and wonderful wait staff! We had Tristin and she was so sweet! There is an indoor little activities spot in the center of the hotel that has the pool, an indoor shuffle board, some games, and a spacious seating area. Overall, this was an excellent find and the architecture is so cute - its a mix of cottage and castle feel! :)

I wasn't sure how the breakfast worked, but they give you tickets for the breakfast if you choose to pay for it! It was $10/person for us and it covered any meal you chose at the restaurant. :) I had to get replacement tickets because I didn't know they gave them to us when we checked in, but the front desk staff and our waitress helped us figure it out!
