I haven't been to Japan for 6 years, and staying at this hotel was the best welcome one could ask for. The location is perfect, just 3 minutes from the Otsuka station on foot, which is a part of the convenient Yamanote line that'd take you anywhere central. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate every request we had, even things we didn't ask for - like when we checked out for a couple of days and then returned, and got to stay in the same luxurious room we used before. The facilities were incredible, a bath comfortable enough for two people, a huge bed, and a menu on the TV to order whatever you could need (including toiletry, food, video games - you name it). We only regret not staying for even longer!

Do note that the place is a 'love hotel', which means that check-in time is late, and you won't be able to stay consecutively if you need a place for the weekend as well. It just gave us a chance to stay up all night in karaoke instead though so bearing that in mind it's really insignificant compared to the great value.

Everything-having stayed in a few hotels in Tokyo this was far by the best. 1. Rooms & beds were huge & incredibly comfortable. Many hotels use very hard pillows/hard mattresses, they used European/American beds. 2. Lots of amenities in the room 3. Safe-as a solo female traveller I was a little anxious when my Japanese friend recommended this but it felt very safe. It was 2 min walk from the station so it was easy to get to into central Tokyo. Due to jet lag, I asked if I could stay for for extra hours and they accommodated this. When my card didn't work, they were incredibly kind and waited for me to get to the ATM.

Everything. Easiest check in and check out process ever. A lot of amenities in the room. Bathroom was big and the bath tub had a jacuzzi feature with colourful lights. Bed was big and comfortable for a single person.

I thought that adult only meant that kid’s were not allowed but ended up being a love hotel. Didn’t affect the stay in any way.

Very comfortable and lots of amenities. Didn't realize it was a 'love' hotel but honestly no regrets here. Was so comfortable and relaxing. Had a great time in the local area around the hotel.

The hotel offers fantastic rooms, absolutely huge with great facilities and amenities. The location is right outside the Otsuka station on the Yamanote line, offering great accessibility to the entire city. In terms of value for money, no hotel I've stayed in while in Japan beats this one.

Some rooms have tarped over windows, probably for privacy reasons, but that does mean there's a lack of natural light in some of the rooms.

Amazing place, dont get put off that its a love hotel. You get the most amazing facilities because of it! Great shower with amazing hot tub / jacuzzi with a tv by the tub. Amazing large bed with comfy mattress topper and good thicker duvet. Amazing 50” tv with youtube and netflix on it. Nice leather sofa and plenty of space for a solo traveller! Good location, right next to Otsuka station which is about 20mins on train to the main spots. definitely go to Million Dollar Cafe around the corner. The BEST pizza I have had in Asia.

Would of been nice if the windows werent frosted and you could open them but that might of just been my room! Other than that, perfect

Everything! You no need to prepare personal item. Hotel already prepared for your daily life! Also the station nearby hotel easy to go to others station. Nearby family,7-11,restaurant, easy to find something to eat. Bathtub so bigggg i love that, bedroom there's light controller and music sound nice 💖

Staff not good at English so hard to understand what they said but we have translator which's okay

The hotel is conveniently located near a train station, which helped connect us to our next accommodation (without lugging our suitcases around the city). Below the hotel there was a Family Mart, which we utilised when we arrived late to the property. We had a wonderful coffee and scone at a neighbouring cafe, called Glitch, which had lovely wait staff and a fresh and modern atmosphere.

We were pretty impressed with our stay at Hotel Aperato. The room size was generous, compared to other accommodations we stayed at. The rooms had clean and modern technology, including controls for the music and lights. We enjoyed our stay.

I like everything about my room and a location as well
