It was clean. The room was of a good size and, exceptionally, was a corner unit which gave it better light than all other rooms. Comfortable bed. Staff were cheerful, welcoming and efficient. Decent selection of food at breakfast, including scrambled eggs, but not outstanding. Easy parking. Convenient access airport.

The facility feels institutional, yet functional. Accommodation is more costly on Santa Maria than on the 5 other Azorean islands I have visited. You will not get the same value for money here - too little competition, it seems.

Breakfast was really good, enough to choose from and always fresh.

There was a kind of plastic protection sheet on the matras which made sleeping too warm and uncomfortable. We would have liked info about how the lights and the refrigerator in the room worked with the card.

Clean rooms, near airport, mini resort feel with onsite restaurant and outdoor pool.

It's a bit far from town but we knew this going in. Front desk staff was cold but helpful when we needed something.

Very close to the airport but surrounded by greenery. Rooms are simple but very clean. Good spaghetti with tomato sauce at the restaurant. Staff very kind. They have swimmingpool and tennis court.

Very quiet and spacious hotel. Restaurant on site. Comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Relaxing atmosphere. A very good base for exploring the island of Santa Maria

The hotel is close to the airport, and the rural surroundings are charming, but to get to the centre of Vila do Porto (or to see all of the island indeed), obviously, you would need to arrange transportation, or else take a long walk. I was well aware of that so it's not really a case of "what didn't you like" anyway))

Price was good, beds were decently comfortable, pool was nice.

Looked a bit deserted. Tennis court wasn't maintained properly, Not enough beds near the pool

My stay was great. The customer service before arrival could have been more polite. Once I was there the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The mattress was far too firm for me. Aside from that I was very content with my stay.

The breakfast was good - the staff was phenomenal. Aida at the counter was amazing throughout our stay. Helped us with tours , locations , cabs ….. A++++ reception. She definitely loved her job.

The property was super clean, the staff were impeccable, they were courteous, friendly and super helpful. we flew to Santa Maria to visit the island, and celebrate my wife’s birthday. the hotel staff presented us with a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne. they decorated our room. they went over and above the call of duty! thank you everyone for all your hard work and your beautiful smiles! job well done! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

would have like one queen size bed instead of the joined singles!

Everything was great. TV wasn't a smart TV, and was super tiny, but we didn't need it really as we had out laptop.
