The property is well kept with awesome country and sea views. The backdrop was the mighty Mount Etna making our experience very unique. Staff were all amazing with a special mention to Alessia ( a bundle of joy) and Julia always making sure we were well served and comfortable. Highly recommended

The location of the resort is a little far away from attractions/restaurants and we needed the car to go anywhere, yet it wasn't a big deal

Awesome hotel and very helpful staff. We were greeted every day with smiles and a willingness to help and make our stay pleasant. Great rooms with an unforgettable view! Very good WiFi. Everywhere is clean, the restaurant dishes were delicious. Private location, but sightseens are close - Taormina, Etna volcano e.g. Beautiful garden around, volcano Etna, sea, clean pool. Definitely 100% recommend!

Beautiful hotel, situated in the middle of a citrus orchard, an oasis of peace and nature, with a wonderful view of the sea and an infinity pool. It is located half an hour from the airport, and from the hotel you can reach all the attractions on the east coast in less than an hour (Taormina, Etna, Catania, Siracusa, etc.). The services are exceptional, all the hotel staff are very kind and try to fulfill all your wishes. The breakfast is very varied and tasty, including savory products, eggs, omelettes, cheese, etc. We did not try the hotel spa or dinner at the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. It is a beautiful hotel, with a great pool. The staff are amazing and the cleanliness of the facilities is top notch. It is a small, family friendly hotel, which we enjoyed very much. The breakfast was good as well. All in all, we had a very enjoyable experience.

There were a few things that could have been improved: 1. TLC around the property. There were a few umbrellas by the pool that were broken. The toaster at breakfast broke in our fist day and did not get fixed. 2. The restaurant is overpriced compared to the food options you can find in walking (5 min) distance. The coperta was £20 as compared to £6-8 in the nearby restaurants. The portions are small and the food is not amazing. We ate there on the first night and that was it. 3. The SPA facility is not included in the price of the stay and has limited options. There are small changes that can be made to improve the experience overall.

If you want to relax, then this is the place you must visit! All the staff were superb - we had a flight delay and arrived late at the resort, but we found Andrea still waiting for us and surprisingly they gave us a room upgrade to a suite :) He's a charming person. Then there was Daniela who prepared the delicious breakfast every day and Gianvito who served us dinner at the restaurant and drinks by the pool. I'm a food lover and Chef Alessia was "grande" - all food was super delicious, and she does the best mojitos! The ladies in charge of housekeeping kept this place and rooms really clean. Pool and garden area are tranquil and very well kept. I will surely re-visit this place.

Nothing - all was perfect. Maybe a bar by the pool area would be ideal.

The staff were all very friendly and we were welcomed from the hotel director due to our late arrival. The room was big, in good condition and located near to the pool and breakfast. The hotel was located outside of the city which gave it a quite and peaceful country vibe which we enjoyed. Parking was close to the hotel room. We enjoyed the breakfast with local products and a good view. The pool was also relatively big and with many berths. Overall a very good experience which should also be expected comparing the price.

The breakfast was on the smaller side, but rather like this then with too much food which has to be thrown away. The room safe could have been bigger. Storage space for clothes was also on the smaller side but okay.

From the day we have arrived until our departure, we were welcomed warmley by the whole staff. My husband got sick for one day and they took so well care, brought us everything we have asked for, checked in on us hourly and even got us a doctor. The whole hotel is an eyecatcher, located between Etna and the sea - breathtaking views. A marvellous pool area, everything overlooking the sea. Food was also good and the rooms were very comfortable. If you Lack something, the staff will make sure to fulfill all your needs. This was by far a unique experience and we will definatley return.

A great boutique hotel, at a very high level, large, clean rooms, a great swimming pool, and a wonderful restaurant, an excellent breakfast and you can have very good dinners as well. Wonderful staff, welcoming and very helpful, Andrea is excellent. Very good location for travelers with a car, close to Catania and Taormina, very convenient to the mount Etna , (highly recommended) there are great authentic restaurants nearby. We had a great time, we will gladly come back next time as well.

The views were stunning, at the rear of the property you could see Mt Etna and looking out at the pool etc you could see right to the sea. The staff were the most helpful and lovely people. The gentleman (can't remember his name) who is the waiter on an evening in the restaurant is such a kind and helpful man. As are the 2 members of reception staff we encountered. They went out of their way to help us with a couple of issues early on and to book us a wine tour very last minute on our final day, they even took us there and back so we could both have a drink! The food in their restaurant is delicious, breakfast has a more than adequate continental breakfast.

There were a few fixtures and fittings in our room that were a bit damaged that probably needed a bit of a refurbish. If you are going to stay here I would advise you needing a car or organise your transport early and plan every day, there is virtually nowhere to eat outside of the hotel restaurant (which is delicious) in Santa Venerina and the nearest town Zafferana Etnea is an hours walk away.
