The wheelchair accessible bathroom was perfect!!!

There is a difference between wheelchair friendly and wheelchair accessible. The bathroom was absolutely perfect!!!! The bed and additional furniture in the room made is close to impossible to use a wheelchair. The kitchen was also to small for a wheelchair, but the outside and dinning area was well equipped for a wheelchair.

Unfortunately I didn't know that the breakfast is provided for free or under the same amount I thought I had to pay an extra fee for it, so we did not go for it. Otherwise the place was really good we would book even more..

Close to the NWU and easy to get to the NWU but outside of the student activity in a good area with secure parking, the air-conditioning in the room was great in mid-summer and a good English breakfast was served to start the day. Staff is very friendly and very supportive and invest in returning guests.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and it was secure and close to the places we were going to. It was an all-round great experience. The only complaints were the bad wi-fi and the breakfast. The breakfast was not the full English as advertised, but it was delicious and varied.

Well located. I was welcomed by friendly Mmakie and after payment I was taken to my upstairs room and shown my room, shower and toilet which were to be used solely by me. I love the sherry idea in the rooms😃😄 On checkout I was greeted by another friendly tanie, she agreed that I could wait for my bolt/uber taxi whilst in their seating room😊

Not so much as not like, but the airconditioner was a slightly bit too loud, nothing serious though. I was glad there is AC at least because Potch can b extremely cold or hot.

Taking care of visitors and the manner you prepare and handling of your clients, cleanliness up to standard.

Cars are not parked under the shade or carport and it's winter now.

The breakfast was the only part of the experience that I did not like as much... Don't think pasta and mince are a good idea for breakfast. But the staff was exceptional and I will stay with them again when in Potchefstroom.
