Exceptional stay with amazing and aware staff. The hotel is located quite convenient to reach all spots of the island within 35 Minutes. The staff has been outstanding with well aware and well trained personell. Rooms are cozy and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. The pool was also well maintained & clean - even though, could have had a little bit more love in the details…. The restaurant offers a great selection of diverse food options and had decent food. The scooters for rent were amazing (even big ones available) and as well, safe & clean…. All in all the best location we have stayed so far…. And we’ve been to Nusa Penida 5 times already. Can strongly recommend to stay here.

Had thing to tell. We could not come up with one thing that bothered us…. Like mentioned: a little bit more pool vibes with some decorations and covers for the ugly pump house…

Best location on the island, highly recommend staying here rather than on the coast near the harbour like most options. Much more of an authentic experience. Excellent facilities, food and staff were amazing and always willing to help with anything

All was excellent, one thing that would improve the experience is mosquito nets in the room though as being in the jungle there are a fair amount of mozzies about.

Very nice accommodation with some outstanding staff, felt like a great escape from your usual beach holiday. The food was amazing (room service whenever you wished), the huts were cleaned daily and very spacious, and a great pool facility. Also the clothes washing facilities were also 10/10 highly recommend if staying here.

They are still doing some renovations on the resort so there is no spa available and the rooms can get very hot however having AC did help a bit! The other downside was the drive to the tourist spots is a good 30minutes to 45minutes from the resort on some quite bumpy roads.

Staff great, facilities great, room was good, understood my dietary needs (vegan), loved the bathroom and the pool, it really felt so calm and peaceful, pure bliss, so serene, such a relaxing couple of days for me it was like a retreat, I only left one day time to do a tour of the east side of the island otherwise I was happy just staying there the whole time, I had a glass of red listening to the sounds of nature, ate nice meals, had a good breakfast, nice massage, could not fault my stay!

Nothing, I liked everything, just keep door closed so you don't get any mosquitos inside your room

The moment i arrived at Bila penida i knew it was a special find as the hotel staff were all incredibly honestly lovely and genuine, always so welcoming morning to night. The island has so many fantastic attractions for tourists but this resort & farm is very special for the reasons of investing so much care and attention to detail throughout the resort. I was incredibly happy and grateful to have spent my birthday with the Bila penida team as they made me feel so special by providing a birthday cake welcome and it was such a nice surprise and made me feel just at home. Thank you to the Bila manager and team for preparing such a lovely gift. Throughout my travels in Bali i can easily say Bila resort was my favourite place to stay as the bungalow offered so much luxury and was so incredibily clean. I had the most perfect stay and could have easily stayed longer!

only thing would be limited food menu possibly. The style of the coffee could be improved to a smoother tastier blend, and possibly the coffee can be prepared with a milk throther to provide a smoother texture. But this is only subjective opinion!

A true hidden gem. Beautiful ,very well designed and maintained heaven in the middle of the jungle. Just 15min from the beach area by car. The staff was exceptional ,going well above their duty to make my stay unforgettable. To not mention one of the best food I had in Bali ! They also organised my diving with a very good center, so you don't need to spend time choosing one. It was paradise... Thank you all for your kindness, smiles and help.

Starting with the staff, they were so helpful, arranged our snorkling tour (also being honest with us about which weather day was better to see the mantas - they were spot on), our transport to and from the port and also our scooter for our time there. Then their dog, Tjokie, what a sweet boy that made us smile everyday. Then the breakfast was lovely and plenty. Their overall facilities to hang out with friends around the resort was fantastic as well! Can't recommend them enough!

The breakfast was amazing. It's some of the best breakfast we've had in Nusa Penida. The rooms were super beautiful and comfortable. We loved the bathtub so much. The bathroom felt like a beautiful garden. It was amazing. The floors are just as beautiful in real life as in the pictures. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind and they will help you if you just ask them for any kind of help or assistance. I recommend this place for any couple wanting to have a relaxing and luxurious experience. It's absolutely worth the price and the staff are amazing.

Since the location is in the jungle it's easy to get mosquitos in the room if you don't keep the doors closed. Room cleaning seems to only be done if you ask for it even if you leave the door sign saying that you want room cleaning. There are no napkins on the tables. When we arrived the place seemed abandoned and nobody was there to show us to our rooms so we had to wait. Some services tend to be more expensive than in the other parts of the island such as renting a scooter. Booking makes it seem like you will receive a discount but you still end up paying a larger price.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms a nice. It’s a small paradise in the mountains. The pool is very clean and doesn’t smell horrible like chlor thats very nice and very rare. The food in the restaurant is also amazing If you plan to male a tour book directly with the hotel I did the mistake and booked with a company that was way overpriced. It was one of the best hotels in Indonesia for me and the super friendly stuff made my stay perfect. As a solo travler woman I felt very safe!

The rooster but bring some earplugs and you are fine. In my bathtub was no water but any I didn’t plan to take a bath but if you’re looking forward to a bath I m not sure if there will be hot water
