The room and hotel is very nice and unique, in a local wooden style. Exceptionally clean, new furniture, balkony, and the view to the ski slopes. The breakfast was great, as it is usually every where in Poland! The guys at reception spoke several languages including Ukrainian, which was also pleasant. The hotel has kids area near the breakfast room - play room and the places to seat.

It was surprising that the restaurant worked only for breakfasts, no dinners, no bar. But the host recommended the closest restaurant - just round the corner with local food, which was great. So no complain at this point.

Breakfast was great with tasty coffee, hot food, salads and bread. The play room for kids was super and perfect for us to play cards in while kids played in the ball pit jungle gym. Location was convenient and easily walkable. Room was comfortable and spacious.

Would be great if local smoked cheeses were part of the breakfast and other local foods. We travel partially for food and want to enjoy local delicacies. Would be nice if there was no smoking at all on hotel grounds as we frequently had to close windows as guests smoked on their balconies, parking area, picnic table. Walls are a bit thin and noise was quite loud from neighbouring room.

Sunflower room was so beautiful with very comfy bed.Bathroom with jacuzzi bath is absolutely all what I needed after all day walking in cold weather.The breakfast area was very easy to find also all food was absolutely delicious. Very clean and amazing decorated sitting area.Hotel is in very short distance to the Main Street. I have to say that the staying in the hotel is a lovely experience but all couldn’t be the same without all amazing people working there and taking care of you every second you need them. Very nice and friendly staff, exceptionally clean place, surprisingly good location, only 15 minutes walking distance from the very center, 10 minutes to the Szymoszkowa slope (which is overpriced imho, but really close indeed) and you need only 5-10 minutes drive to reach out some well known enterings to the TPN, like Dolina Kościeliska, Dolina Małej Łąki, or roundabout Jana Pawła if you want to start in Kuźnicę. Decent breakfast which is good for a half of the day. Add to that lots of traditional stuff in the hotel and you have a good basis for your stay in Zakopane.

I'd prefer doorways to the chambers a bit higher as I hit my forehead couple of times, but it could be me, as my wife, who's 1m60cm did not see any issues, haha

Bambi Butique is located on a quiet side street, thus your sleep won’t be disturbed by external noise. Double room was small but tastefully decorated in regional style, and it had balcony. Breakfast buffet really exceeded our expectations: plenty of tasty choices, some dishes with Polish and/or regional touches. Hotel staff is discreet and polite.

Due to the small size of the room just a narrow double bed (130-150 cm) was squeezed in it. Sufficient sleeping space if you are asingle traveller, but kind of crampy for two persons. Location was a little bit remote from the center (Krupowka street): some 1,5 km, 15 mins of walking along busy traffic street.

The place is really beautiful and well kept. It's cosy and you feel at home rather fast. The staff speaks English so it's easy to communicate. It takes 20 min walking to get to the city center. So you can leave your car at the hotel and later walk around the city. They have a recreation room with a pool and foosball tables. Though I was disappointed that it's all paid extra. There are some free kids zones if you would like to get your children entertained.

The breakfast was pretty average. Standard variety of products. A very small collection of bread which was not tasty. The coffee machine was preparing a really bad cappuccino, I hardly finished it. There was no free drinking water available for guests. If you want water, you have to buy it in the machine with snacks.

Amazing hotel. Location is great. I really like breakfast here. The hotel staff is friendly and pleasant. The hotel is incredibly clean, clean rooms. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is going to come to Zakopane. Really good quality and price. Breakfasts were nutritious and tasty, very comfortable before a walk to Tatra Mountains. I liked everything, but I don’t like pillows. There are too soft and uncomfortable. Perhaps it needs to be renewed. But decor and interior of rooms amazing Zakopane style. I really enjoyed.

It is a nice wooden hotel just 15 minutes walk from the center. Pleasantly furnished rooms, nice staff, excellent rich breakfast, a large free games room with billiards, table football and an indoor children's playground with a slide, a large parking lot where we could leave our car even after check-out. Really excellent hotel, we will definitely come back.

The hotel is located in a side street and does not have very attractive surroundings, but the other benefits absolutely balance it out.

Adorable hotel .Smaller more intimate ,cozy cabin-like hotel . The kids play area was a lot of fun for our little one and the breakfast in the mornings was nice. Rooms are furnished nicely and are very clean

The beds were uncomfortable. The mattress was very thin caused back ache in the morning. Close neighbors. Could hear people across from us talking. Also unpleasant smell (musty) when first entering the downstairs part of the apartment. Not a huge issue

If you like it warm you'll love this Hotel. I don't know what it's insulated with but it's incredible. I turned the radiators off for the duration of the stay and it was still plenty warm enough for us. Room was comfortable with good storage for skis etc. Staff super friendly and helpful. Funniest thing I've seen in a long time was the look on the face of a lady at breakfast after she put an orange in a juicer, 'juiced' it, opened the lid and there was no rind left to remove - she'd macerated the lot! It was a look of surprise followed by embarrassment. So tip, go easy on the juicer!

Coffee at breakfast was poor and food not fantastic but then Polish food is never great (or at least not to my taste) anyway. Kettle but no tea or coffee in room. Shower/tub could have been a little cleaner.
