When you take a shower the water spreads all over the room (you have to make a very low pressure to avoid this.). You don't have ventilation in the toilet or air freshener.

The apartments were clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Staff were very friendly and did their best to help us. We had rented 10 apartments as we had travelled over for a family wedding.

On booking, I had been told the swimming pool would be open if the weather was nice. The weather was amazing and the pool was closed and drained. However, the staff did really and put sun beds out for us so we could still sunbathe. I had also been assured that the hotel would arrange food for my daughter's hen do and that didn't happen. They also told us the bar would be open and it wasn't. We went to a shop for alcohol drinks and the hotel staff DID provide free soft drinks and mixers for us. I had visited the property a month before the wedding trip to check everything and feel now, that the manageress just told me anything to get the large off season booking. Turned out she had since left and the news manager had no idea what she'd promised..

I had a fantastic stay at the Flamingo Residence Hotel! The customer service was superb, with staff who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. The rooms were tidy, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a great night's sleep. The pool was a real highlight, with clean, sparkling water thanks to their daily cleaning routine. The reception team was exceptionally helpful, especially in assisting us to find vegetarian food options and even booking them for us. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly made a difference. I highly recommend the Flamingo Residence Hotel in Turkey! We stayed for 3 days and were impressed not just by the hotel, but by the kindness and helpfulness of the Turkish people. It was an unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to return!

Location is good if you have a car. Easy to find/ easy to get there. Apartment is warm, it's absolutely ok to spend coldest season there. It's spacious. Wi-Fi ok. View ok. Kitchenware enough for cooking, couple more pans and pots would be great. Hot water is enough, in case of cloudy weather there is also electrical water heater for shower. Staff is welcoming and polite.

Some musty smell in the bathroom due to high humidity and lack of ventilation. Several stains on the couches and tables. Furniture are tired, some items should be replaced. Lack of electrical sockets, actually there are just 3 sockets for whole apartment, 1 in bedroom, 1 in kitchen and 1 for TV.

very friendly multilingue staff, always ready to help during the stay, and even after it (i had the troubles of the lost luggage during the return flight, they suggested me to contact the company and the airpot from their side), nice clean building, someone on the desk 24h round; very good appart equipment with the kitchen facilities, confortable beds and sofas, free wifi... I highly recommend this residence, during and out of the touristic season!

I liked everything! just a little suggestion: if possible, to put 1-2 more big cups in the kitchen; and if possible to have some city maps in it could be a '+' for the 'non-connected' tourists

Very friendly professional staff. Very comfortable bed. Lovely clean pool. Great view of the mountains from the balcony.

Nothing all was good

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and what made our stay even more pleasant was that they were fluent in English. This was a huge relief, as we faced some challenges communicating with locals in Turkey due to the language barrier. The cleanliness of the apartment was top-notch, and it was evident that they prioritized hygiene and sanitation, which made us feel comfortable and safe during our stay. The apartments were not only spacious but also fully equipped with everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home!

The only downsides were the poor Wi-Fi in our apartment, limited to the living room, and the pool had some black particles and loose hairs during the day.

The apartments and facilities and the staff are the best we enjoyed are stay so much we booked another 10 days and will definitely be coming back as soon as we can .I would recommend to anyone, you will be guaranteed of an excellent accomadation which is clean and comfortable with exceptionally brilliant helpful friendly staff in every department

I loved everything

We were looking for an apartment with separate bedrooms and a living room for a group of friends. The option is convenient. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. A little inconvenience was in the morning, because electricity went out due to thunder and heavy rain. Because of gas-cooker we could cook breakfast. The check in passed quickly. Lots of grocery stores nearby.

The location isn’t bad. Flamingo residence is in a quiet area. The building enjoys mini markets nearby. You can actually walk there. The apartment is spacious. I got upgraded to a one bedroom with kitchen, so thank you Flamingo for that.

The wifi was quite slow. It was good in the living room but non existent in the bedroom. The apartment also didn’t have a microwave, the fridge seems not to be working and the apartment had no toaster. So essentially it Lacked some basic kitchen utensils
