The staff were friendly, I like the complimentary breakfast and the mattress was very comfortable. I liked that the rooms had a microwave and a refrigerator .

I didn’t like that breakfast ended at 9:30 but the staff started ending the breakfast between 9:15-9:30. When asked to replenish the eggs and sausage at 9:15 the staff wouldn’t accommodate and that was a disappointing experience when the complimentary breakfast was one of the reasons we booked our stay at this particular hotel.

The Breakfast was fairly standard fare for a property like this. The food was fine. Loved the automatic pancake maker and the 24 hour coffee bar. The Staff we interacted with were friendly and courteous. The property location was perfect for our needs as we were traveling back and forth to Unidilla, GA during our stay.

Stayed on the 2nd Floor, but the ice maker was removed from its designated 2nd Floor location, so I had to go up to the 3rd Floor to get ice. Only 1 elevator, which meant you had to wait somewhat longer for an elevator to arrive, but it wasn't annoyingly long.

If you are looking for a great hotel and a good location, this is definitely your choice. I use to travel in that area at least every other month and would stay at this hotel frequently but then I moved out of state 3 years ago. So it has been a while since I was again in the area. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that Hotel had maintained its excellent accommodations. The staff was the same, very friendly and helpful and the rooms were still excellent and comfortable!

the breakfast was great. I really enjoyed the variety. I would like to see bigger coffee cups and maybe some flavoured coffee but other wise food was fantastic.

not that the hotel could control this, I wish the weather was warmer so the pool could have been used.

Very clean! Friendly and polite staff, greetings every time you went in and out the door. Very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I had. Already rebooked for another stay this year . Very satisfied.

Rooms were comfortable, good location to 75, not to far from downtown and fairgrounds. Workers were very friendly.

Parking was a pain but when they are through working on it it will be nice. Had a spot of ketchup or blood on the wall. Carpet in stairwells needed attention.

The staff went above and beyond to try to resolve an issue with Booking.com. Clean and comfortable stay. Don’t ever use booking.com

I think its a little overpriced for a weekday. And I think booking.com needs to clarify their fee for setting up the reservation. I dont like surprises.

Our room wasn't made up one day of our 4 night stay but it didn't bother us as we're quite tidy people.

The staff was amazing and very friendly! The coffee was the best I’ve ever had as it was ground fresh. Love the location and it was very clean.

There was nothing Indidnt like about the property.
