Great staff and clean facility! Loved how accommodating they were with my check out time. This helped me a lot as I was traveling with two young kids and need a little extra time to be in the room. Also, I should’ve got her name but there was a staff member that made my day with such nice compliments to me before I left :) the rooms were a decent size and cleaned well. The housekeeper was really nice and efficient at her job. Also, the hotel was in a great location. We came for work purposes but since it was spring break my family decided to also get into some fun things like the huge Kalahari Resort’s water park! We also saw a movie at the cinemark that was no more than 10 minutes away and went to an illusion museum in Austin that was about 15 minutes away! So many great food options, including a Waffle House in the parking lot, in the area as well! Over all 10/10 from me on this hotel!

Literally the only issue that we ran into was the key card malfunctioning on me twice. This was not a huge deal at all. The only thing that made it a bit of an inconvenience was that I had two little ones with me and when it would happen we wouldn’t know until we made it all the way up to the room and would have to come all the way back down to get the key card reprogrammed. This does not however, take away from my 5 star experience with the hotel! Still a great stay over all.

When we first arrived to the front desk, to check in DT was hands down AMAZING!!!!!!! Me and my family were here for my son's birthday. The beds are the most comfortable beds I've ever laid my head on at a hotel. PERIODDDDDDDDD!!! I WILL BE COMING BACK WHENEVER I'M IN ROUND ROCK Thank Youuuuuu SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS EXPERIENCE GREAT.

Good breakfast, not a full service restaurant, but some hot items. Fresh fruit, cereal etc.

Room didnt have a closet, just a long wall bar to hang clothes from. Here for a wedding with 3 people in the room. We made it work though. Not a big issue. Without dress clothes I probably wouldn't have even noticed.

Room was small lobby was also very loud, I can hear people yelling throughout the building at night. Parking lot is small and messed up I almost fell so bad lucky my husband saved me. Staff did not tell me about the deposit fee. Food was not that great , was still eating when staff put food away atleast ask if everyone had gotten enough. Manager gave us wrong directions when leaving and got us lost if you don't know then it's ok to say you don't know.

Avid Hotel was very inviting and warm in his presentation. During my check-in. The room was homely feeling and comfortable. My state was very enjoyable and I would definitely look forward to checking out more avids in my future needs over room.

If you are going on business to Austin/Round Rock area, I definitely recommend. Rooms are clean, spacious, and there is tons of parking outside. Good selection of restaurants both sit-in and takeout close by. It is a blue collar hotel, so most people here are in area for work. That means people do wake up early and there can be a significant amount of noise in morning. I thought it would be a bit more quiet, so maybe not the type of hotel you want to stay in while on vacation or leisure travel. For the price, I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The hotel was extremely clean and bright! The front desk clerk, Lonnie, was so friendly and accommodating! The room was so cute with tons of little nooks for storage and hooks as well, which I loved because it provided extra places for my entire family to hang out wet towels. I love the soap, lotion, conditioner and shampoo that’s installed in the bathroom! The location was perfect! You have any and every store or restaurant you could think of nearby! I felt safe, I slept well and relaxed after my long drive! Usually I have to do an extra tidy up and disinfecting when I book hotels because I’m just like that lol but here,I was literally able to get settled right in. I still sprayed my Lysol because I wouldn't be me if I didn’t lol but I really enjoyed my stay!

The shower pressure wasn’t as high as I’d like it to be.

One night staff was unhelpful did not offer me information about property address when I was in process of ordering and Uber. He acted as though I was a vagrant and suspicious of my presence in the hotel. It was very unprofessional.

The rooms are set up very nicely and efficient. Our room was spotless and well-put-together.

I wouldn't say I like that if you needed to heat a late-night meal, you would be required to get fully dressed and use the microwave near the front desk.

Becky and Lonnie were very lovely and helpful! Becky was the first person we met and saw when we arrived. She was always attentive to anything we needed! Lonnie was always smiling and greeting us before we left to start our day. Our stay here was great and we look forward to coming back soon!
