Breakfast was fantastic. Front Desk staff very helpful and friendly. Parking was actually pretty reasonable cost considering I've paid almost twice that at other resorts. Great location right at pier. Refrigerator in my room was larger than usual hotel refrigerators (like apartment size).

Small loading area in front but parking is so close and accessible you can load up there with a short walk. Couldn't find a luggage cart or there were very few available. Pool towels were kind of small. Couldn't find the trash chute to remove trash in between housekeeping visits. Regardless, I would stay here again.

great great stay! the rooftop bar was great as it overlooked the ocean and wasn’t too crowded so our kids had room on to play. rooms and pool were good and location was great.

the fact that Hilton charges and puts on fees for everything makes me not want to stay at hiltons. we spent a lot at the hotel bar and then they added a Hilton fee on top of the bill. that is a bit ridiculous

The location is AMAZING. We were traveling with small children and this hotel has everything we could need. The breakfast is so good, the pool is great, a game room to occupy the kids if it rains, and snacks/drinks available at the lobby. You can rent beach umbrella/chairs for a flat fee and they have beach toys for kids. There are adult bikes to rent too. The staff is so very helpful and super firendly.

The timing of housekeeping services was different everyday and didn't come at all one day. But there are fresh towels available by the pool and the staff elevators so it didn't affect us that much.

the home 2 suites was perfect for our family and omg had the most cozy bed I have ever slept in! I want to find out the mattress. it was immaculate, breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff was probably the most delightful team of ladies we have ever met! The room housekeeping was outstanding and Faith was one of our favorite and most hospitable of any hotels we have ever stay at. we felt ver blessed to be here for the week. the game room was outstanding to our children and comfy for us to enjoy the free 24/7 coffee station as they played. the pool was small but perfect and the rooftop bar was super cool also. it’s location is impeccable and within steps of the beach and fabulous eats and treats! it is a bit pricey but worth every cent. we can not wait to return! thank you H2S ✈️🌴💗

Fantastic location! Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was quiet. Staff was great. Breakfast was included. Lobby is fun-tons of bright artwork, a pool table, foosball, areas to get work done . Location, location, location. Fantastic value. Can just about hop to the ocean and restaurants. Have a pool on the second floor but opted for the ocean. Also have a rooftop bar but didn’t get a chance to visit that either.

Totally missed that parking was $21/day and my brother and I both had out cars so $84 in parking for two nights 😢 My mistake though, didn’t catch that in the write up nor did anyone up front mention it. I should have asked. They do have two areas for breakfast but it was very crowded and people just were rude-not a property issues but just skipped the breakfast the second day. Parking is at a lot so pull up to the front of hotel to unload, then park.

In general al was good and correct.

The room service was awful. In the entire week only one day they did the service on time. We have several days without services and we need to request the towels, toilet paper and shampoo. It needs to be review. Some competitors in the same area have a very good room service.

We liked the decoration of the hotel. It was clean and cozy everywhere. The staff was so friendly, especially the tall lady who takes care of breakfast. The pool and the spa are wonderful. The ocean view of the roof is beautiful. The beach is very near and it looks like you are in paradise.

We didn't like the smell on the balcony. Another annoying thing was that I had to ask the hotel to send the receipt for me because they didn't send it right away after checkout eventhough they promised to. It took five or six days to get the receipt. And there were few forks, knives and spoons on the kitchenette (only one knife). Anyway I would gladly recommend this hotel.

This place was perfect for us. It was two blocks from my son's condominium, it is adjacent to five restaurants (maybe more, I did not count them all), a souvenir beach shop and an ice-cream shop. It is a short block to the pier and beach. All the employees were so nice they made us feel at home. I did not have to worry if the grandkids were safe. I knew they were safe with this staff. They let us check-in early so we did not have to pay for parking on the street. I recommend th

The pool was great. Our room had everything we could need. Nice big breakfast room. Recycling waste basket in the room. Local artwork in the lobby

The hot tub was out of order. The rooftop bar needs more gluten free food. We need to eat too! There was no gluten free oatmeal that morning. Packaged gluten free muffins would be great.

We enjoyed the balcony view the free breakfast in the mornings was very good the mini kitchen is very convenient and all of the staff was exceptionally nice I am happy that they accept pets it was a lovely stay very comfortable

I had a great experience at this hotel I loved it I can't think of anything bad that I didn't like there's a parking garage right across the street from the motel where you have to park your car that might be the only inconvenience but it's so close that it really doesn't matter and it's a nice walk
