The staff member that I spoke to of my original check in night was really nice and understanding that we were on the way to check in and my son ended up cutting his hand and we had to get stitches that night and my son also has medical things all the time anyway but he just really wanted to stay home and be with his dog lol and I call while we are walking in to the emergency room just panicked and she was able to help me calm down and breathe and she was amazing about everything and when we did arrive she was so good with my son and the interaction with him and just the guest ingeral was just genuine really need to have more people who are like her . HER BOSS SHOULD GIVE HER A SPA DAY or something that she WANTS ‼️

The staff are very professional and do a great job at keeping the place in excellent shape .the rooms are nice and comfortable the breakfast of super I am staying there everytime I visit Colorado Springs don’t take my word for it see for yourself how great a stay you will have there thanks

I liked everything

It is really cool place. The manager told us it is under new management. I was there before, and it certainly changed. All the staff are very polite/courteous and went out of their way to accommodate. The view of the mountains from the room was amazing. All the restaurants are very close by, within walking distance. I will be staying there again for sure and best value for the buck.

The room furniture is dated but good for the price.

The staff was very friendly and our room was clean we were provided with everything we asked for the only problem we had was that the cieling in our bathroom leaked sewage from the room upstairs although it did take a day or two a woman from the front desk moved us as soon as she became aware of the situation... My daughter thinks we should have been given a free night but that wasn't ever offered and honestly u didn't think to ask when all of this was going on.. it would have been nice , but regardless they were still very kind throughout the entire time we stayed

Pool was great,staff was great especially Karen she was a Jem.

Breakfast was lacking some days and no vending at all. Ice machines were no where to be found...BUT not a deal breaker just little improvement suggestions.

It was ok the day manager was great he explained why we didn't have the things promised to us but it was a great stay I was disappointed when I got there and I was not told about a 100 per room I still have not seem it back 200 dollars cause I had 2 rooms

I like the staffs ready to help out when we needed it and had a very great experience with the way the room was and how it looked safe and healthy .

There wasn't anything I did not have a problem with except washer and dryers was out that's it.

The staff at the front desk Bethany was super friendly , helped me with finding a good place to eat and fastest way to get to the hospital where my daughter was having a baby .

The hotel is very well maintained and the staff are super courteous and it’s well worth the money to stay there

Breakfast is advertised and not provided I have been here 5, times in the past two months or more and it's been unavailable every time. Covids over! Bring breakfast back!
