Room was spacious. Jaccuzi working well 3 miutes wallking to Mark Antalya Mall AVM and 10 minutes to Kaleici. Ms. NOUR at reception was very helpful

The hotel should work urgently on sound isolation between the rooms because it is Zeroooo. You can hear the voices of the rooms next to you and even rooms under clearly as if they are sitting with you

Everything was perfect. It’s some of the most friendly staffs I’ve ever meet, always smiling and ready to help ~ one of them even cooked food for me one night without asking. The location is great too. It’s close to the shopping street, a lot of restaurants, the marina, old town, bazar etc. All these things you can reach by walking. The room itself was also great. Sure you can see it isn’t a 5-star hotel but nothing was missing. There is a duvet instead of only blankets and the bed wasn’t hard, which I really appreciated. As a bonus for animal lovers, the hotel has a cat who enjoys to talk ~ it’s great when you’re missing the little ones at home.

Not very clean, Jacuzzi was unusable bcz it was not clean and in each attempt to clean it it just keep on getting dirty by stuck particles, i think the filter needs replacement.

The room was clean, close to the center and public transport (in case you need to go to the airoport). I appreciated in a particular way that we could let our luggages at the reception (we arrived in the morning, and the checkin was at 2 -3 pm). The reception person was very polite and ready to hepl when we asked where we can print some documents.

We had a room with jacuzzi. It took quite long to fill it with water and it started leaking a bit. The quntity of water wasn't significant. We collected with a towel.

The location was central to buses, tram, high street, malls, and many other important landmark. The staffs were very friendly. They did suggest good places to visit, they were happy to hold our luggage, so that we could roam around and take them later. One of the rooms had a jacuzzi, which was an extra good thing. The price was really good for the facilities.

First day, the wifi was not working, so, we had to use the limited data with our SIM provider. But, that is negligible in comparison to all good things. I would just like to be honest, so I put it here.

Very basic kitchenette.

The location, the staff , cleanliness, spacious, comfortable shops all in same block and cafés, restaurants and local bus services - would say in taxi 20 minutes from airport.

Neighbors were very rude and caused issues with fighting and loud music and knocked our door for no Reason - staff were made aware of this and dealt with it accordingly as we had no problems before leaving

Wonderful apartment to stay.. manager and staff very helpful. He alow me to check in earlier.. I will be back for sure. Thanks for all.

I should go to this place earlier and not go to a hotel..

The location is amazing. All you need is available within 15 minutes walk. Very quite neighborhood yet still in the center of the city. There is a magnificent veranda with good WiFi.

Noise cancellation is awful: you will hear all your neighbor’s conversations:). Very humid, so be prepared to live with 24/7 open window. WiFi speed in the suite is very low and the coverage varies from one corner of the room to another.

The staff were friendly and the room was nice, clean, and comfortable, and had working air conditioning!
