We had a deluxe room with a balcony which looked out over the swimming pool. It was super clean with a really cofortable bed. Bathroom was good size with a decent sized shower! Towels were changed regularly and complimentary items of good quality. There was a safe and a fridge with 2 boxes of water provided daily. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen - fresh fruit, dried fruit, cakes, eggs, bacon, breads and jams! There was a clothes dryer on the balcony for swimwear and beach towels, which were also provided. The beach was about 10 min walk and the hotel provided sand chairs and beach umbrella on a little trolley for the duration, which was very handy! If you have a car, you could take the car closer to the beach, but the walk was quite pleasant. There are also many small beaches within driving distance. The sea was amazing; so clear and a good temperature, I would say about 22/24 deg, refreshing after the 28 degs out on the sand! It was a gentle sandy slope into the water too, so good for children. The town was about 10 mins walk away, with restaurants, coffee bars and shops. We stayed in October, almost the end of season, but had wonderful weather and most of the shops were still open. There were a couple of small supermarkets on the main street too. I would thoroughly recommend this place. Claudia is a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble and she is full of information about the area. The restaurant next door also belongs to the family where the food was first class! Pizza, Pasta, Fish, Meat - you name it, they cooked it!

We had the pleasure of staying at this charming boutique hotel, and I must say, it deserves to be rated much higher than its 3 stars, easily a 4-star experience in my book! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Claudia, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Her personal touch and attention to detail set the tone for the entire visit, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself has a lovely family atmosphere, which adds to its cozy, welcoming vibe. Every corner of the hotel is well-maintained and tastefully decorated, creating a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. It’s located just a few minutes walk from Simius Beach and the town center. The restaurant next door requires a separate review, as it is impossible to describe in one sentence how delicious the food is. Highly recommended! If you’re looking for a place with personalized service, a great location, and a relaxed yet sophisticated ambiance, this hotel is a fantastic choice. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a more authentic and personal experience! Thank you!!

Claudia and her team were absolutely brilliant in every way, they went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for. I had an allergic reaction to multiple bites and Claudia helped me straight away, she consistency checked in with me throughout my stay to check I was ok. She really made me feel at ease. The hotel was spotless, breakfast was delicious and the beds were super comfortable! The cleaners were so friendly and do a perfect job! We had to leave early on our last day so Claudia made up breakfast boxes for us which we really appreciated as we really didn't want to miss out on the breakfast. It's the small touches like this that made it special for us. Honestly cannot fault this hotel, we will be returning.

I can't fault this hotel at all!

Room was right outside next an extremely quiet pool. The breakfast was amazing! Location is great, 10 minutes walk to the beach on foot, and you can get on the shuttle to see other beaches. The staff was so welcoming! Owner was really nice and extremely helpful all throughout our stay, she made us feel like we're at home. You also got a discount for the restaurant next door which also had fantastic food!

Nothing that i could complain about. Maybe showering on the last day if you go to the beach before your flight has to happen in the pool area which is not closed off. There maybe be a check out shower room for people who checked out, but its not the end of the world. you can do other things for the day.

We truly enjoyed our vacation here. Everything was perfect: the rooms were clean and comfortable, we were given drinking water every day, there was nice swimming pool and the bar provided drinks and snacks in the afternoon. The breakfast at this hotel was exceptional. We can compare it because part of our group stayed in another hotel for the same price, and the breakfast selection at our hotel was far superior. I want to highlight the hotel manager, Claudia. She was super nice and helpful, showing us the breakfast buffet when we arrived and explaining all the information about the most beautiful beaches and locations to visit. She was always ready to help us with anything we needed. The stuff in general was very nice and friendly. We really want to return here next year.

Claudia is an amazing attentive and kind host. She provided anything we really needed during our stay, from the carry-on sunbeds and ombrella for public beaches up to snorkling equipment and take away breakfast box since one morning we had to wake up super early for a boat tour and missed it!! Claudia is super professional and homie at the same time, well prepared all the times and recommended tons of beaches to visit on daily basis ,her attention to details towards her clients is just mind blowing! The hotel was lovely, super modern and clean, with a great location spot and definitely could be worthed more stars 🌟 ! Location is really great and the adjacent family restaurant amazing if you want to dine there! Breakfast was excellent too every single day! We will be definitely back! We loved it!

The best part of this stay was the welcome. I used to work for a big hotel chain and I am very aware of service when I visit a hotel. I was really welcomed here by Claudia. She gave me the best advice of where to eat (the restaurant just next door to the hotel has an excellent seafood pasta), the best beach clubs in the area (Iki Beach, Tabu Beach club) I absolutely loved everything about this holiday. I stayed 4 nights and I am definitely coming back next year for more. A big thank you for the staff.

Too many kids - but we cannot avoid that! I wish it was adult only hotel.

Very nice small hotel situated at about 10min walk from the beach and also 10min to the city centre. There is plenty of free parking on the street. Staff is amazing, very friendly and professional and they give you good advice about where to go and what to see. Breakfast is good,the rooms very clean and comfortable. Bathroom on the small side. A good size balcony with place to dry your beach stuff. They also provide beach towels for free. Nice and clean pool area if you don't want to go to the beach. Amazing restaurant next door.

What is not to like about this place! We had such a lovely time here. We traveled all over Sardegna, and this breakfast buffet was the best we came across. The one staff member (I think her name was Claudia), walked me through the whole buffet explaining what everything was and was so so kind. At the pool, the staff member there at the pool bar was so nice, he made us little plates of food just to snack on with our drinks. I feel like this hotel is like what you feel when you go to a loving family members home - you feel welcome, warmth and it makes your vacation that much better. You are only a 5 minute walk from the beach and from the town center. The restaurant on site was just as great. 10/10 recommend this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The owner is the best host!! She really made our stay an amazing experience. They gave us a better room than what we booked for. Apart from the free stuff they give you as well which was really nice of them, the breakfast was AMAZING. soooo much stuff to choose from! Everything was great. The room was very clean and the hotel is beautiful! Would definitely recommend to stay in this hotel. Also close to the center and Simius beach! An excellent experience overall

The pool looks bigger in pictures. The noise of other people at night was heard from our room and also woke up to lots of banging and noises in the morning at 6am as well.
