The Hotel is located on one of the main streets in the city and close to restaurants and shopping. The Hotel itself is an older hotel and offers basics. But it is very clean, including the grounds. It was very quiet and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was included and very good and plenty of coffee choices. It had a small gym on the main floor and a bar just off the lobby with a nice seating area with an electric fireplace. I was impressed and would recommend it to others. The staff were friendly. They have ground floor room entrances as well facilitating any mobility concerns.

Nothing really. This is a modest Hotel but it was really nice and the central location in Bathurst was great. The price was reasonable and your breakfast is included so factor in the savings.

Comfortable hotel on edge of town. Staff very helpful and allowed me to leave baggage and use lounge until my evening departure by train. A short taxi ride to VIA Rail. Within walking distance of town centre. The small local museum was impressive and I had an excellent summer student guide. Pleasant short waterside walks. Several fast food restaurants close by hotel including good pizza one next door.

Bathurst is very small with not a lot to do. Hiring a car for a day would have allowed me to visit some of the nearby beaches and parks. Walk back from town centre to hotel includes a long hill.

We asked the reception person if she could tell us if anyone fixes tires as we had a flat on or way to Bathurst. She gave us the number for Canadian Tire. Turns out, nothing opened on Saturdays in Bathurst to fix or get new tires. This would delay us on our travels. She called us later and said she had a cousin who may be able to help and he did. He went out of his way to find us a replacement and put the tire on for us.

The breakfast was really good. Although there wasn't any room in the lunch area due to the fact that there was a hockey team making a presentation, the attendant at the front desk was very quick to offer an alternative and we were able to go eat at the bar which was nice, because it was just the three of us.

We liked everything. We had no issues, customer service was great, staff was courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating.

We liked the breakfasr, the beds were comfortable and a good size. Our room also had a bathtub which after a few days on the road with just showers it was nice to have a good soak! We were able to charge our EV , although there are no dedicated chargers we were allowed to use the regular outlet. That was a big plus!

Would have been great to have a pool, especially on these hot summer days.

The breakfast was reasonable. Orange juice was very watery but other than that I can’t complain. Organized. Staff was bringing out breakfast items but one suggestion would be could maybe smile. Seemed quite serious. 🙂

Very stuffy in hallways. No air circulation. Warm in breakfast room as well. Air system not on.

Our stay was very comfortable and the hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were absolutely outstanding we have stayed at other hotels and bathrooms before however this one surpasses all of the others with cleanliness and friendliness. We stayed in the king suite and it was without a doubt one of the best rooms we have ever stayed at while traveling. Also the following morning when we went for breakfast there was an amazing buffet breakfast laid out for all of the guests with so many options to choose.

The only thing that we did not like was there was a wasp nest in the pillar of the entrance and I nearly got stung (I did notify the front desk staff so that they could get Pest Management to have it removed) other than that the location was very handy to grocery stores shopping etc. The back of the property is rather sad though as it has a lot of low income housing and there appeared to be quite a bit of drama going on.

Comfortable bed, clean room, quiet, smooth check-in, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Liked that there were 3 towels and face clothes as most places only have 2 of each. Ideally, I would love to see 4 of each, we travel often and this is always an issue for us.

Very high price for a Sunday night. Although there were several other options, the "hot" breakfast items were not very appealing at all.

Appreciated the scramble eggs. Not fond of sausages. Would have preferred bacon. Great customer service.

Wish they had more fruits for breakfast (only apples available) and no whole wheat bagel. Heating and cooling system in the room is noisy. Otherwise, everything was good!

I like the breakfast and gym. Everywhere was clean and serene

I wish there was a pool and more fruit options for breakfast.
