The GHA is beautifully located at the waterfront with prime views onto the Alassio bay. The staff was super friendly and helped us a lot with our room. Unfortunately we lost a jacket which then was found and hopefully will be returned soon. The staff was very caring and we cannot thank them more for outstanding service.

We always like our breakfast to be special. Start your day right! And given the fact that the restaurant is outstanding we would have hoped for something special / or a signature dish on the menu.

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The general atmosphere is very pleasant and a little bit artsy, the location is superb. This may be rated 5 stars. I was driving on to The Carlton in Cannes (I broke the drive from Milan with this stay), and for sure The Carlton is a true 5 star - this one more like 4 or 4+. But within that context, one of the very best I've ever stayed at. Will return for sure.

Perfect location. Staff was very friendly. Everything was very comfortable

Everything was great but if I had to say anything negative it was that there should be a little bit more privacy between the terraces - when we were on the couch outside we were basically sitting next to the neighbors rather than having some privacy with plants. Also the beach is a little too packed - and not enough service for cocktails.

Fantastic hotel and resort, the SPA is great, room is very spacious and clean. Pillow was a bit too hard but was promptly swapped with a much softer one by the staff. Staff is extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast is super, as well!

It’s certainly pricy as far as hotels in Alassio go but we think it was worth it, especially if you make extensive use of the SPA facilities as we did.

Wow SPA, Hot, 34C salt water pool over 20m, with inside 4 stands of laying jets, 3 over head streams on your back, head - supper massage, 1 tunnel inside the pool with streams. Excellent treatment to your body, all these is included in the price. Besides other room treatments with payment.

The location is amazing. Right on the beach and close to the old town of Budello. Very walkable with tons of restaurants around. Hotel breakfast was nice, not great. Friendly and accommodating staff. Private, sandy beach.

The rooms are a bit dated. We had two rooms and one of them was very small. The hallway to the rooms was pretty bare and not impressive.

Absolutely everything, the location, level of care in so many ways, the polite and helpful staff, choice of food in the restaurant and breakfast room. Easy access to the private beach and to the promenade with its fabulous shops and bars

Beautiful location, kind staff, very clean.

Room was too small for the price. Minuscule bathroom with no place to put our items. Bistrot restaurant was disappointing. We did not try the other restaurant.

Location was perfect, staff very helpful and friendly, food tasty and good, beach setup great. Very dog friendly

I missed more fruits for breakfast, the price for cocktails were over the top 25.00 euro

The best location in Alassio. The hotel has its own beach with sunbeds free of charge. Amazing breakfast. And the staff was impeccable. Definitely would return.

A bit noisy in the hallway during the day from the housekeeping.
