The pool water was very comfortable. The room was clean and the furnishings were in very good condition. The front desk ladies were friendly!

At first, the bed was comfortable. However, it became very hard after a while. There aren't too many hotel beds out there that are comfortable. The coffee selection could've included a "bold" selection as well as flavored creamers. There were packets of plain oatmeal; however, there was no brown suger to sweeten it (or other condiments). Otherwise, it is a typical hotel breakfast.

We had a problem getting the room. I had the reservation numbers and they were not in the system. I asked about John's name and no. Then asked to look up ,my name as he doesn't have email. Then it was found. All information should be in one place. I was ready to give up and leave as I had reserved the room around April for a June 1st wedding in Oshkosh.. The girl at the desk thought i reserved one in another city. She was nice and finally found we did have a room reserved Room 111 and we got to check in early which was nice. We also go to the wedding on time.

only $20 more got me a whirlpool in my room. barely any wait with my 4pm checkin which can start at 3pm. could hear other residents as I walked to my room but heard nothing noticeable from my room. I didn't explore beyond the lobby area to my room.

the whirlpool in room 120 had a small leak, which didn't effect me at all, just a small wet patch on the carpet and an eventually maintenence cost for the hotel. would have been nice to be able to turn the TV so it can be watched from the whirlpool, which can fit 1 medium person relatively comfortably, 2 small people would still have to overlap.

The staff was helpful, accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good with many options. The bathroom design was efficient. We liked the split design where one could be showering or going to the bathroom while the other could be using the sink and vanity. Several updates in the room looked nice. We found the bed to be comfortable and the sheets soft.

Other updates need to be made soon. The shabby furniture didn't look quite right on the new tile and carpet. Unfortunately, we were not told we were going to have a whopping bill for Saturday night. It was three times bigger than the other nights. Accommodations citywide were in short supply due to a Packers game. We were totally unaware and were shocked at the itemized bill when we checked out. We have never paid that much for a hotel, even on the beach. We felt we got gouged.

We have stayed at this hotel whenever we are in Oshkosh for the last decade. A nice room at a good price and a good location. My husband does like to use the pool. Although we didn't use it, I was pleased to see a safe to secure valuables.

I would prefer to see a larger selection of yogurts and pastries for the breakfast. It would have been nice to have a small food prep area.

Good clean hotel, comfy bedding and loved the coffee machine! Great breakfast and good to have a fridge and microwave in the room too.

Replacement of coffee pods in the room could have been more frequent / daily .

Hot breakfast was great. Service at the front desk was great. Very courteous, informative and helpful.

The only thing is I never received a receipt. Said would email me as had to work on my credits to my account.

It was clean, nice beds and tub. Had a good a/c. Grab and go breakfast. Within 10 minutes of pretty much anything you would want to do in Oshgosh. Front desk was nice. Windows open in hotel room.

No elevator with long hallways. We were there on a fully booked night and it was very noisy and the doors to the hallways are extremely loud when they shut. If you are a light sleeper I would find another hotel. Hot tub was also closed down.

Clean, great shower pressure, bed good, looks new inside, perfect location, can walk to restaurants and EAA show if your able, otherwise a 5 min drive to parking at air venture.

Photos showed a hot tub which isn’t there. Having Our dog which is used for a service dog due to having seizures we were still charged a $25 fee even after explaining there was a doctors note available
