- Beds were very comfortable - Large room with good space to keep clothes - Balcony with two chairs which was great - Air con and fridge were very good -Large bathroom with good shower -Not far from anything you would need -Pool was really clean and nice -Lovely staff - water provided everyday and toilet roll left outside room if you don’t request cleaning. - Overall we really enjoyed our stay - were there for 5 nights and would’ve happily stayed longer, the location is perfect, walking distance to so many restaurants and bars, also a mall with a small night market and large supermarket, the beds were by far the most comfortable we had slept on in a while.

- We were expecting the music noise as we had seen the reviews before but I did partially assume people were being a little over dramatic about the noise, but they are not, from 8pm-5am the music is extremely loud, however we had earplugs so slept completely fine as it blocked the music out and you could only feel the bass a tiny bit but it’s important to note for people who wouldn’t want this as without earplugs it is a bit like being in a club.

Lek Lek Samui is a very new and minimalistic hotel. It is very clean and the staff values the guests. The pool are is simple but bery enjoyable!

The Hotel is located directly at Chaweng Rd., thus it can be noisey until 1-2 am.

I agree 100% with all the positive reviews. The room was super clean, functional, and comfortable, and the staff super friendly and helpful. Lek Lek is in an ideal location with many restaurants and bars of all types within an easy walk, and beach access via the ARK beach club right across the street.

As others have mentioned, the Paris Follies Cabaret is right across the alley and there's no escaping the loud music, with the same sequence every night. But I liked the music so it didn't bother me, many of those songs still pop into my head at random times. The only other minor annoyance is that the alley floods during heavy rains, so there's no way to keep your feet dry if you go out shortly after a rain.

A gem in the centre of Chaweng Beach. A very clean and comfortable hotel offering real value and excellent access to the many restaurants and Bars in Chaweng Beach. Having stayed at a few of the budget hotels/apartments in Chaweng Beach, this was by far the best located, bet value and altogether the best experience I've had, can not recommend more highly.

Not an issue for me, but some of the rooms to the front of the hotel may experience noise from the Chaweng beach road, but in any rooms set back a bit from the main street is very quiet. No breakfast available and the coffee shop has limited opening hours.

It was a great and new hotel. The location is very central, you can walk to breakfast, dinner and party within 5 min. The rooms are nice and the air conditioning is working well. If you want a busy area where you can do everything, then you are right in that place. Also to mention is the stuff, they are very nice and helpful and 24h available. Especially Tar was always a great help, the last day when we went to the airport we forgot our speaker in the room. He just sent us a message and told us that he will bring the speaker to the airport.

There are also a few little complains. It was sometimes quite loud. But in my opinion you have to expect that, because when you are in a party area, there are of course loads of parties. And it would have been nice to have a shelf for clothes so that you can unpack your luggage. And there was no extra soap for your hands, we just used the shower gel.

Perfect spot in Chaweng. Literally around corner from clubs Green Mango and then the one that stays open after that. I also didn't find the noise too loud in my room like many reviews said, maybe it depends on the room. Across the road from Ark Bar, a few minutes' walk from Lub-D hostel, so the absolute perfect location if you're in Chaweng to party. I had to get a new iphone so did end up walking to the shopping centre but that was only max 20 minutes so also very easy to get to. Otherwise, everything was right there, no taxis needed. A billion restaurants right nearby - suggest going to the less busy ones because some of them get packed and then it's hard to get a tables/served. Convenience store across the road. Everything. Very modern and clean room. Entrance down the alley way to the drag show.

It was perfect. I did have to close the blinds when changing because my large window overlooked the alley you get into the drag show haha

Perfect location close to all the interesting places, new hotel, friendly staff, the technology was perfect. The price is a real catch, super cheap.

Exceptionally clean rooms, rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard, clothes folded, fresh towels etc. I couldn’t rate the staff any higher, they were all so polite and helpful. Helped us with our bags to our room. There was a man at reception in particular that was fantastic. He never left the place, always there to help with any queries. He even offered us umbrellas as it was raining. We lost our key at one point and he was so professional and helpful. Great location, right in the middle of the fun! Great value for money. Lovely comfortable beds, modern decore. 100% would recommend.
