I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making me feel truly welcome. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, exceeding my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that were well-prepared and flavorful. What I loved most was the location – right in the heart of Jakarta, with malls and restaurants just a short walk away. It made exploring the city so convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta!

The only downside for me was the lack of a Muslim shower in the bathroom

We stayed at Avissa Suites for three nights with our family, and our experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, which made us feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean and modern, providing all the comfort we needed for a pleasant stay. We particularly enjoyed the pool, which was always very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay: it was not only excellent but also very diverse, catering to the tastes of the whole family. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. On the day of our departure, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel for an additional five hours, allowing us to fully enjoy our last day without any worries. A big thank you to the staff for their kindness and professionalism. We highly recommend Avissa Suites for an unforgettable family stay.

The Hotel is located close to the center of Jakarta. The Pool is way better than on the photos from booking. Breakfast was amazing. The staff is great as well. The breakfast area is not too big which makes it very comfortable. The rooftop area has a stunning view. Just take a look at some of the pictures we took :) A good place to escape the chaos for your first time in Jakarta!

For some reason the pool closes at 7 pm. But there is no one there to check that. So you might as well go for a dip in between the stunning skyline of Jakarta ;)

The restaurant's veranda was a nice addition, offering a pleasant space to dine. The breakfast variety was adequate, meeting the standard expectations. The staff were consistently reliable and welcoming, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The gym's equipment is quite old and very limited. Upgrading to newer equipment could enhance the guest experience and serve as a strong selling point for the hotel in future promotions.

Location is great, right in-front of a few cafes, roadside stalls, shop outlets and Circle K! There is also a laundry nearby and opposite of Lotte Mall Kuningan that is just 8mins walk. You can easily walk to RDTX Tower and RDTX Square hence a great location if you have meetings in this area. Buffet breakfast menu changes everyday, and I stayed for 5 days.

Hotel amenities is a bit rundown in terms of toilets and furniture. TV is not smart TV but there is a lot of channels.

Breakfast is fresh and decent. The kitchen staff work hard to change their menu everyday. Good city view & fair price. 5min walk to Lotte Mall and 10min to Kuningan City etc. The chicken noodles (mie ayam) place right across the hotel is shockingly delicious, one of the best I've ever had in this country.

In a rare situation you might get a room where multiple A/C machines are outside your window, and it could be noisy at night. But this got improved after I talked to the staff. The design of the bathroom is old-schooled, but it's clean.

I stayed only for 1 night and booked a room with a twin bed. Unfortunately, the room wasn't available upon check-in. We got an extra bed in our room instead. It is not a big problem for us. The room was spacious (we think we got upgraded) with a city view to Satrio street. It was very clean. The staff were quick on their feet. The room was comfortable. Walking distance to Lotte Shopping Avenue. I would stay here again if I ever have business around the area. Would recommend this place to other people as well.

The room with twin bed wasn't available during check-in even though I have sent a special request via booking.com and the property has sent me confirmation email as well.

Breakfast was good and changes daily. Walking distance to Lotte Mall Avenue.

The towel was not really washed properly, and our room towels were greyish in colour (from being white). The TV remote control was not working well, so it was difficult to switch on the TV. Hope that the hotel can look into changing to newer towels.

The location is very good, near many malls and food stalls. The breakfast is good, albeit not many choices but try to covers all. Nice room, no complain here.

The restaurant is located at top floor, good for rooftop viewing, but due to morning rays makes many of the seats uncomfortable.

The location is good. There are some shopping malls nearby and a convenience store is right across. The breakfast was very satisfying with various recopies. If I visit Jakarta again, I‘d like to stay this hotel again. I am very appreciated that the hotel arranged a spacious room for us. However the window frame of the room was not quite perfect to protect the noise from the busy traffic road. If you are sensitive to noise, better to stay a room on the other side from the traffic road.
