It’s very close to San Gimignano, it’s all green and there is a bus that you can take from in front of the camping till the walls of San Gimignano

Our mobile home was full of ants, with all the efforts of spraying anti ant spray everywhere, the upper edge of the shower was full of dust and dead insect, we found some dead insects and some dirt on our white sheets, the second night there, probably have fallen from the selling. Our mobile home had 3 single beds that they transformed in a matrimonial and a single, to bag they didn’t consider this when they projected the room, because when they united the 2 beds one of the Metal reading lamps remains in the middle of the matrimonial bed, and it sticks out quite a bit, about 10-15 cm, it’s kind of uncomfortable to sleep as you risc to het your head badly.

We really liked that we could walk into San Gimignano, it's about half an hour. Our mobile home was on the lower level of the camping, in a kind of a valley. It's in a beautiful forest, but you have no views. You can reach the reception on a steep road or also on stairs. The mobile homes are standing densely, but there were very few guests in the beginning of June so it didn't make problem for us. The mobile home was ok, very clean, well equipped, but not a new one. The staff is very helpful and kind. The swimming pool is not on the camping territory but very close.

The cabin was simple and modern. It smelled very clean, and the whole ambience of the campsite was quite magical, with festoon lights and a great bar/ restaurant to hang out. We could have easily stayed longer if we weren’t on a bike tour to other areas of Tuscany.

I dropped something on the bathroom floor. It was only on wiping it up that I realised that the floor was quite dirty. A bit of extra attention to mopping would be helpful but it didn’t detract from the stay as the campsite was very clean and well managed. The ride into San Gimignano was a little further than we expected and very dark on the way back at night with only bike lights.

Great location with bus stop just outside to visit San Gimignano, but also only 20/30 mins to walk into the city. Modern cabin with kitchen and comfortable beds and pillows, and free access to public pool in walking distance. Cheap cappuccino and cornetto available at the restaurant for breakfast. Air conditioning was amazing!

Wifi was a bit patchy and mostly only worked in one corner of the room.

Nice, clean, modern bungalows. Like a miniature mobile home. Comfy beds, mini fridge and they let us borrow an electric water kettle for making tea and coffee. Nice view of trees from our windows and patio.

Not sure what was wrong with the water from the tap. Maybe too many minerals? But the water tasted strange. Not as good as the water from the free water fountains in San Gimignano. For what we paid, it would be nice if they included towels. The water used in the bathroom is heated by solar panels (which is great) but we weren't able to take a hot shower the day we arrived as it was raining a lot. So we waited until the next day which was sunny. There's a shuttle bus that takes you into SG but it doesn't run that often. Maybe 2-3 times and hour. We almost missed our bus from SG to a bigger city due to the shuttle bus not showing up as scheduled. Not the fault of Il Boschetto but be aware if you have a bus or train to catch.

This is a pleasant place to stay for a night on the Via Francigena. We arrived in late October and the weather was very wet. Getting to our portacabin was a bit of a mission but once there everything was fine. We had a good meal in the campsite restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing worth mentioning

Location is amazing. It was so nice to wake up and fall asleep with birds “singing” outside your window. Really cool under the tree shade even if it was extremely hot weather. Staff were really friendly. Pizza in the restaurant was one of the best we tried during our trip to Italy. Really enjoyed our stay.

The placement is perfect, we loved San Gimignano that is just 2 minutes by car. The house is very clean, has everything you need and the environment is very friendly and quiet at night. Also the restaurant in the Camp is very good!

We were surprised to pay extra for sheets, AC and towels. Also the AC is a bit loud, but generally everything is very nice. Deffinitelly recommended!

Restaurant was excellent. Location and bus into San Gimignano was good.

Tired mobile home. Needed some updating. No microwave or toaster. Crockery was so old fashioned. Outdoor terrace needed updating and improving. Shop was so limited for a campsite.

Excellent location if you want to be near San Gimingnano and enjoy in camping offer. Camping offer and facilities are satisfying. Pool near the camp is priceless when you return from city tour in hot summer day. Camp also provides enough shade.

Mobile houses, with two accommodation in one house have not enough sound isolation, so you can hear your neighbor speaking, especially in bathroom. Tables and chairs belonging to the accommodation are dirty and therefore unusable.
