Location and clean

They didn’t have my reservation in the system. Had confirmation on booking.com they charged me more than what I was guaranteed for when I booked it. The staff wouldn’t return the call for the pricing change. The breakfast was not the best waffle mix was not mixed right so waffles were paper thin. They couldn’t keep the eggs and sausage full. Tables were dirty from last people who ate.

Short one night stay on the way from South Dakota to Yellowstone. Comfy room, quick check in, all clean, standard breakfast.

This is a comment on all 9 hotels we stayed in during our trip (Denver, South Dakota, Yellowstone, Capitol Reef and Las Vegas. The wastage of plastic/cardboard plates and cups and the plastic cutlery now used (after Covid?!) for breakfast is appalling - there appears to be no recycling going on at all. If you want to save the planet, pack your own plates and cutlery and take washing up liquid.

The room was more spacious than I expected. The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly. I had some training materials delivered to the hotel before my arrival and the staff were very helpful with storage and retrieval. Their restaurant recommendations were perfect!

Location was great.

The window had a window air conditioner stuck in a piece of light weight plastic that left the room very unsecure. If I had been traveling alone, I would have requested another room. The regular air conditioner seemed to be working fine, so I didn't see the point of the window air conditioner.

Everything to check in to the room to the bed hot clean shower. Towels was soft!! K.cup coffee maker in room. Bed was so comfortable like a freakin cloud!! 10 out of 10!! Must stay here!! I will b coming back to this one. Oh and full breakfast from cereal to waffles to muffins. Everything was so great. Inside pool n hot tub. Open till ten pm

The front desk people were always so nice. We had gotten into a fender bender right before our stay, so when I asked if we could extend our stay by one night since we couldn’t get a rental until today, they happily accommodated us. I appreciate this place so much and they truly made our stay so comfortable. They also brought treats for our dogs!

Nothing. This was an exceptional stay.

The size of the room was very nice. The location was also good for where we needed to be and near restaurants etc.

The breakfast was my least favorite part of the stay. The warm foods (eggs, diced potatoes, bacon) needed reheated in the microwave. The chocolate muffin was dry and not fresh. Our carpet was very dirty. Our check in was not very efficient and then later we received a call that our credit card didn't go through and it was because the hotel staff wrote down our expiration date incorrectly. We also had someone enter our room while we were in it. I'm guessing the staff gave them the wrong room number. In the morning, the front desk clerk was having a personal issue and was yelling so everyone in the dining area could here. She was complaining about something with her job which totally turned me off. The fitness room was the tiniest one I have ever seen.

their occupancy was next to nothing the night I stayed. I requested 2 beds in my original reservation. as the rock. was for me and my daughter. why they couldn’t put me in a room with 2 beds upon check in baffles me. I’d consider it a downgrade (requested one at that).

Location, close to everything. Staff tried really hard to be accommodating-trainee didnt know much but I'm sure that will improve with time.

Keys didn't work, twice upon check in (even after reprogramming). Mold in the bathroom around soap dish and on the wall between the tub and the bathroom door. The hot tub was luke warm, birthday party(?)at the pool so no room to swim or sit by the pool without lots of noise and getting splashed (no fault of the hotel or staff). Not awful, just little inconveniences, not very relaxing.

It’s was really clean and comfortable.

I picked this hotel for the pool and hot tub for the grandson to swim. But the water was cold in both so he couldn’t swim or get In hot tub, other than that place was great.
