Room was spatious, equiped with airconditioning, all kitchen equipment that is needed. Spa and children playground a plus! Also the green area - Gardenland great for outdoor activities with children. Local team had good effort for 1st of June celebration.

Bed mattress too soft. Slippery floor when wet. Breakfast average. A la carte menu: soup, pizza and pasta options ok, ribeye steak carbonized…generally the meats were not prepared according to good standards.

Beautiful grounds, lots of facilities, and places to walk around. Close to the beach as well. Staff were incredible, exceeding all of our expectations.

They could use more baby-friendly options at the restaurant. We found some (salt and milk-free) options at breakfast, but had to bring most of our own food for our 10-month old at lunch and dinner.

The room was very clean and nice, the SPA was very well maintained and every person working there was very helpful

one small thing - the heat was too high in the hallway.

We had a pleasant stay, we enjoyed the indoor pool and the surroundings. There is a large playground the kids can spend time at. The breakfast was great, a lot of options, many fruits, vegetables, eggs, anything you can think you would eat at breakfast. The only thing I can think of that was missing were fresh juices. I really appreciated the blackouts in the rooms and the room size. Towels are provided at the indoor pool and at the beach as well.

The location is a bit remote and there isn`t any place for you onsite to buy some water for example. Also, the only restaurant accessible by foot is the one onsite, which is a mediocre one, high prices and average quality. The rooms aren`t soundproof and you can hear your neighbors or the cleaning staff. Loud noises from the outside after lunch (1-3 PM), when kids might go to sleep and also late in the evening, up to 10 PM. We arrived just after a major storm on a Sunday and the outside pools started being cleaned up only on Tuesday afternoon, so we didn`t have the chance to use them. Also, a clothes dryer on the balcony would have been nice.

“Amazing Stay!” We had a fantastic time at this seaside hotel in Olimp, Romania. Everything was perfect — the beautiful sea view, the clean and comfortable rooms, the friendly staff, and the perfect spa. The hotel was well-organized, and everything we needed was taken care of. A great place to relax and enjoy the seaside!

I love how accommodating they are when I told them that me and my husband are celebrating our 10th year anniversary. I told them that I want to surprised my husband and I requested to them if it’s possible for them to decorate our room. They promptly reply to my message and accommodated my request immediately. When we arrived in our room My husband was so surprised and so happy which exactly what I want him to feel. They made our vacations a memorable one. Highly recommended place it’s worth every penny.

None everything is amazing.

Premium hotel with top facilities, by far the best in the area. I was in doubt if to go there in off season, but it turned out to be a good idea, since there are some nice options to spend the time (especially the spa with saunas and heated pool. I had Holistic Touch massage too and I highly recommend it, it was so relaxing and refreshing). We've been upgraded to an apartment. We loved the apartment's design, it was very cozy, and the stunning lateral sea view. The breakfast was a la carte (only in off season, during the season it's buffet) it was delicious with a few nice options to choose from. We had also the dinner there and the food was exquisite. The staff was very attentive and kind. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back!

The food at the restaurat was a lacking for the cost, also a problem with the nr of staff aparently(2 times it happened tontake a long for the order). Even though it is a new compound it looks degraded in some areas. (Doors, inside certain objects, garage, some strage design choices in the rooms).

- small beach with old and dirty mattresses, low quality towels - the staff was almost absent on the beach, no services on the beach, no one asked us if we want a drink or something else - the sea was awful, a lot of smelly seaweed on the sand, the beach was not cleaned - the breakfast was average - the quality of the coffee from the buffee was very bad and I asked one cappucino extra-charge but it had almost the same bad taste of old and undecalcified machine. - they said that the pool has warmed water but it’s a lie - in the hallways of the hotel the AC was not working and it was impossible to breathe
