The number that was ordered did not match the photo. Having received the room, it turned out that the exit to the street is right in front of the restaurant. It was impossible to open the door due to the noise and constant people in the restaurant. Many thanks to the administrator Katia for her help and desire to help in changing the number. We paid extra but got a wonderful apartment. In general, the hotel, location and staff are excellent. Thanks a lot

Cozy saunas, open until 23:00. Nice rooms, big enough, great shower, quiet, friendly personnel. Coffe machine in the room.

Restaurant messed up dinner orders, service was stressed, breakfast buffet was not restocked - but people served things when asked. Water in Sauna was not restocked in 24h, apparently nobody checks/cleans once a day. Cleaning crew left the door open to our room. Ceiling panel was missing in bathroom. BUT: Still had a great vacation there, it's easy to live with these problems.

Location is very nice…just in front of the lake. The room was very clean and modern. Only stay for a night and didn’t have the time to try the food so can’t comment about it. I would go back happily

Breakfast menu could be adjusted. Potatao and chicken should be introduced in the menu. Wedges, Mashed potato etc would help.

Modern hotel with awesome facilities and great service for a very reasonable price.

A very minor comment, which did not interfere with our stay, is that the balcony was not cleaned as it was covered in freshly cut grass and many spider webs in the chairs.

Nice and clean room. Very comfortable bed. Cozy little SPA included in the price. Helpful staff.

We arrived at breakfast 15 minutes before the end and there was nothing left. We had to ask for some bread. They were out of all the rest (cheese, meet, eggs…) since we paid extra for it we were a bit disappointed.

The view and the location

The spa was not working when we went. The staff were very quick to react and fix the problem however it was too late for us to use it by then.

Lovely location and very comfortable rooms. We enjoyed the spa and restaurant. It makes a nice get away spot. Lots to do around if travelling by car.

Kitchen in apartment should be equipped with basic cooking utensils, cutlery & plates.

Hotel is brand new. Rooms are nicely decorated with tasteful decor and bathroom, tea/coffee facilities. Our room had lots of natural light and we liked the sliding doors and small terrace with chairs/table to sit outdoors. The staff are faultless. Even though this is a new hotel and so some services are still in the process of being implemented, the attitude of the staff is excellent and their care for the customer experience is evident. Without exception we experienced everyone working at the hotel to be friendly, helpful and kind. This goes a long way in smoothing any small bumps associated with getting a new hotel off the ground.

It would have been nice to have a minibar in the room or the option of room service but the hotel did their best to accommodate us nonetheless by bringing us drinks from the bar when we asked, so it was not really a big inconvenience.
