Position of the hotel was fantastic, 2 mins off the main square. Rooms kept very clean every day, and the breakfast provided by the hotel (at a lovely little restaurant two doors down) was fantastic. What really made our stay was the incredible helpfulness of the blonde lady at the front desk (apologies, but we never asked your name !). She was the best front-of-house staff we've encountered in 40 years of travel!

The only problem we found witht hte location is that we were unable to park at the hotel as the street is blocked off to regular traffic - we found a car park avbout 10 mins walk away but that added an extra £15 per day to costs.

This was a gem of a find. From the start to the end of our stay the staff were amazing. The location of this hotel is ideal just a few minutes from the Market Square, there are shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. As I said the staff were amazing, no request was ever too much. They helped with our luggage up the stairs as its an old building there isn't an elevator. No request was ever too much, there is tea,coffee and bathroom supplies in the lobby which you can help yourself to at anytime. The staff was so pleasant, wew were visiting as a family of 3, my mother, myself and my 6 year old daughter. They staff were so kind to my daughter they made our trip extra special for her, they gifted her with a lovely bar of chocolate wrapped up in a bow, she was delighted. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are cleaned everyday, towels are replenished. There is tea and coffee facilities inside your room, the tv has netflix and little bit spotty at times but that's fine and the beds are comfortable. I will definitely be coming back to this heltel. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

A very well positioned boutique hotel, in the old town, spacious room nicely decorated, very nice staff. Breakfast served at a restaurant nearby is excellent.

After we checked in, we discovered that we had no shower gel in the bathroom, and found an empty plastic package in the fridge. We stayed in room no.1 facing the street. The air conditioning makes a disturbing noise during the night, and added to the noise from the street full of pubs (open until morning) it did not allow us to sleep well. Maybe better soundproofing would help....we appreciated that we received earplugs.

Every member of staff in the apartment couldn’t do more to help. They were really accommodating of our early arrival and when we left our bags with them due to our late flight and even gave us a key to get back in after our check out time. They provided complimentary packs of razors and tooth brushes at reception. Really appreciated. The breakfast was just down the road a little. Food was fantastic! FYI for the Brits, your tea won’t come with milk in Poland and it is a lot weaker than we have at home. They serve tea with lemon :)

There were complimentary tea and coffee at reception however, when the receptionist left, she didn’t realise there wasn’t any more tea so we had to go out to the shop and buy some. Not an issue at all, but just the only thing I can recall that was a slight negative. Everything was honestly perfect.

Our family booked 3 rooms so we basically occupied the whole wing (the hotel was like a big suite with 6 rooms in total). The whole place was extremely clean and neat, there's a coach in the common area with coffee and tea for you to take. It felt comfortable and great!

The only thing was there was no elevator and it was hard for us to carry large pieces of luggage up and down for 3 floors. The front desk girl kindly offered to help us carry things up, but it was still difficult for us as we are a family with elders and a kid, so my husband and I ended up with pain in our wrists.

Pillow too soft and floppy, no support for neck Polyester duvee so makes you perspire. Not needed in spring and summer 60 stairs to climb Reception on first floor. Not easy to find. Need code to enter building THEN climb 60 stairs to reception. Some noise from hallway and bar downstairs Shower floor filled with water and the bathroom light is on a timer so goes off if you don't move around eg toilet or showering

We enjoyed the central (but not toooooo central) location. Lovely interiors and beautiful original brick feature wall. Reception helpful when there and open with recommendations. The air on and heating system is good.

The mattress topper didn’t fit the bed, the duvet was too small for the bed, the pillows were in bits on the actual Inside the covers which made them not very aesthetically pleasing or comfortable , WiFi is a bit hit and miss which is frustrating when trying to contact home or pick up some work bits or even just chill before bed, the stairs were fine for us but there is a fair few of them so not suitable for some, towels were thin and had seen better days, NO WASH FLANNELS which was super annoying Especially given the cost of the stay.

The apartment was lovely, very clean, and had everything we needed. Our daughter, age 7, was travelling with us, so we booked the extra large bed...was plenty of room and very comfortable. The location was absaloutly perfect too. It's literally a 2 minute walk to the Christmas market. I celebrated my 40th birthday whilst there, and they left a box of chocolate's with a little birthday note, I thought that was a really thoughtful touch. We can't wait to visit krakow again and would definitely stay again.

Perfect location! Within walking distance to everything. The room was really nice and clean, with a powerful shower, we found the bed very comfortable.The staff was very helpful and friendly and they checked us in early which was very nice of them. We had breakfast with our stay, which is served at a little restaurant on the corner by the hotel. I had an omelette one morning and cottage cheese pancake the other, both were delicious so recommend adding to your stay.

Two small criticisms I'm afraid, we found the pillows uncomfortable. This one is out of the accommodation control, but we could hear people from the street up till 5 am.

Perfect boutique hotel. Very stylish decor and a large comfortable bed. It was located just off the main square in Krakow,so very convenient for all the main sights. Breakfast was in a beautiful restaurant next door with everything to order which was a nice change from the usual buffet.

There was no lift and we were on the third floor which was a bit of a hike but not unmanageable.
