Extremely easy access from the highway. Plenty of parking and places to sit and relax. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar was available late enough to enjoy a cocktail while visiting with family.

I was disappointed that the only free water in the room was tap water. I would have liked to have bottled water in my room for free. In addition, the ceiling fan guard was covered with thick dust in the bathroom. And, finally, the bathtub had rust on it. Not very attractive.

The staff greeting was amazing and the front desk staff texted me to make sure all was well. We had a great server at the bar who was on his first shift ever. The room was large and lovely and the bed, pillows and covers were so comfy. Would definitely stay again.

The facility and staff were great !!! Room was really clean as was the entire property. And everyone one on staff was helpful and very friendly !! Can’t wait to stay here again!

I would have liked breakfast included with my stay but the prices were reasonable and my kids and I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant!

Was not advised of the $75 charge for having our dog with us. Had I have been advised ahead of time we would have let Maddie back home at our daughters home.

The breakfast and staff that handles it where amazing. We liked the location and the pool/hot tub.

Needs a little updating, the rooms a bit dated and the pool & spa could use some love. Otherwise it was amazing!

The choice for breakfast was really good as well as the service. Complementary coffee was great. And coffee options were good too.

The floor in the conference room especially close to the windows was exceptionally cold. So even heating the room would lead to cold feet unfortunately.

Enjoyed the different sitting areas in the lobby. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Air conditioner kept making cracking noises, ceiling paint was chipping

The gentleman at the front desk mo who check us in was super pleasant and helpful. Went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.

When I checked in the front desk staff stated I did not have a reservation she had my ID I had to show her my phone with the booking reservation and then she said oh they had my first name as my last name it was just frustrating 😕

No signage trying to find hotel. Yes, large sign at the top of the building. A few directional signs would be helpful.
