The most warm and welcoming staff, were just the beginning. The locations is something else, absolutely stunning!

Breakfast was fairly limited on options, unless you love eating loads of cakes (which were lovely - but not my choice for breakfast) We selected a room for a double bed, but it was just two singles pushed together and nothing ‘keeping them together’ which meant there was a big gap in the middle of the bed each night.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming bed-and-breakfast in Polignano a Mare! The location was unbeatable—right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore the beautiful area. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the facilities were top-notch. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, offering everything we needed for a perfect stay. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast, which was fresh and varied every morning. The owner was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience, even offering us an early morning airport drop-off, which we really appreciated. His hospitality truly made us feel at home. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Polignano a Mare—the location is sublime, the service is impeccable, and the overall experience was nothing short of amazing! Would definitely return!

Great location, easy access by car, and just 5 minutes walk from the historical center. We were lucky, we could parking front of the hotel building on the street. Opposite situation we must drop luggages front of the hotel and drive back to the parking place. Very nice and friendly, familiar atmosphere. Clean room. Dramatic view from the terrace and the breakfast room!

Little bit simple room design, not enough place in the wardrobe. But for short and sightseeing trip is perfect with good reasonable price. I know just now (2024 November) will start the renovation and I think everything will be better.

It’s all about the location - amazing view from the rooftop terrace at breakfast. And some rooms have balconies with sea views. The B&B is at the edge of the pedestrianised city centre, so easy walking into the Old Town and directly next to the famous bay. We came in October and parking was free close by. Breakfast buffet was tasty, especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. We were able to sleep with our window open and hear the waves crashing. Also glad they had an elevator.

Twin beds weren’t too comfy, and the standard room layout was too narrow and not comfortable. Fine for a single stopover night, but wouldn’t have wanted this as a base for a longer stay. If available, upgrade to a balcony room.

The location of the hotel is fabulous! The view from the terrace where the breakfast is served is amazing. The staff are nice and willing to always guide and help. Rooms are spacious and clean! We enjoyed the stay! Thank you!

Just got scared I won't be able to get in the hotel when we arrived on our first night as I did not know the check-in was until 19:30, although they sent me a message on Booking as I was travelling I was not able to see it. But we called the number and they came and let us in. So this is maybe just something which you need to be aware if you have a late flight. This is not negative, it is just to give some advice to people who will visiting them in case they are not taking in the account the timings of the check-in specified on their side.

Location can't be beat, and the staff (all family it would seem) were super friendly and helpful, a real plus. Room was fine although a bit smaller than we expected; bathroom was adequate. Breakfast dining terrace was great (the fact that the weather was a bit rough wasn't in the hands of the B&B!). Breakfast was a real plus: homemade cakes, yoghurt, decent cappuccinos. Everyone is working hard to make for a good stay...

Bed was uncomfortable (weird mattress pad/protector), and wi-fi unreliable and extremely slow (altho we didn't complain about it so it might have been fixable...). At the end of the day, it seemed a little overpriced for what it is -but that's likely because of location and in Polignano....

The location was great overlooking the ocean and a short walk to the Old Town . ( if you had a balcony) We had a tiny window which gave one person a glimpse of the ocean and rocks. The breakfast was adequate and the view from the breakfast terrace was fabulous.

In the bedroom there was only one chair near the little window. My partner and I had to take it in turns for the chair or one sat on the little coffee table. We had to pay for parking in the hotel owners private open air spare allotment, in excess of 300 metres from the hotel. There was a gate with no lock and it was in the open air.

All the staff were so lovely and helpful! Thank you 🙏 Alesso speaks good English and really helped us getting a driver for the day to explore near by towns. We had fridge in room which was great . Breakfast was excellent , a very good selection of savoury and sweet options . So if you don’t likes sweets and cakes there are great options . Juices etc. and the view from breakfast terrace is stunning . All very clean. They had a lift! Excellent if you have luggage . Alessio very quick to reply to any what’s app queries . We liked staying here as it 5 minutes walk from the busier areas . But every thing is so close and only an easy 10 minute walk from train station.

Very little as we loved it here !. The toilet seat was not fixed properly but once we told alessio he had it sorted quickly. Thank you .

Our recent stay at Malu was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our getaway special. The location is perfect, perched on cliffs with breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea and the charming town. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with a balcony. Each morning, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast on the roof terrace with freshly baked cakes & coffee. Malu B&B’s exceptional location, spectacular views, and warm hospitality make it a true gem. We can’t wait to return.

Hotel in the city center, with a beautiful view from the amazing terrace. It was wonderful to eat breakfast there. The food was very good, as well as coffee. The room and bathroom were very large, bright and comfortable. Comfy bed and a fridge in the room. Great solution with parking not far from the hotel.

I missed a kettle in the room, especially since it was also impossible to make tea in the kitchen. Both gentlemen at the reception were incredibly nice and helpful, which unfortunately cannot be said about the ladies at breakfast. One day the food started to be taken 15 minutes before the scheduled time, the next day it was hard to ask for a second coffee, this seemed to be a very big problem for the staff who gave the impression that they wanted to get rid of guests as soon as possible.
