The place is perfect! Alessandra was so nice, thoughtful and helpful. We had an amazing stay. The apartment is 1 min walk from Santa Maria Novella station. It's just few minutes walk from everything. Supermarket 2 minutes from the apartment. The apartment itself is very comfortable, equipped with everything needed. The balcony is so cute and the door is with code key. Very recommended

The host, Antonio, was so friendly and nice and we appreciated that. The unit was huge and could cater to families with 1-2 young children. There is a washing machine and dryer right outside the unit. It was a shared one at the corridor, and the corridor was a private one, for all the Firenze Prestige guests. Location was super excellent, it is just a 2 mins walk from the Florence Santa Maria Novella train station! There is a Burger King a few units away too!

The floor was quite dusty, so our white socks turned black quickly! Would be great if the floor can be cleaned better. Otherwise, everything else was good!

The apartment was bigger than I expected with lots of space. Large fride/freezer, proper coffee machine with pods provided. Air conditioner was excellent. Washer/dryer was brilliant. Patio to sit in evenings also great. Good sound proof windows to block out busy street below. Really enjoyed our stay in a perfect location., thank you.

The following are not what I didn't like but merely suggestions to help improve the experience for guests. Everything is available to cook however basic items are needed like a dishcloth, salt/pepper/sugar,. There should be a blanket in the cupboard if needed, towels hooks required and soap/shampoo holder in shower would finish off the facilities nicely. Its a lovely apartment but those few extra items which show attention to detail would make it excellent.

The apartment was easy to find with clear instructions from Prestige. We were greeted on arrival and shown around which was really nice. Communication before and during the stay was easy and clear. The property was exactly as described, and was large and comfortable. Facilities were good. Washing machine and dishwasher provided, note that laundry detergent was not provided (this was clearly explained by our host on arrival and we had pre-prepared by bringing some with us). Rooms were comfortable, good heating, shutters were very effective at keeping the bedroom dark overnight. There is minimal noise from the road which was great given how close to the station etc the property is.

Not a criticism, but the properly would benefit from an clothes airer! There is plenty of space. Also we weren't told where the bins could be disposed of, which was not a problem for our short stay but would be useful if you have a longer stay - be sure to ask your host on arrival.

spacious light apartment very close to the main train station. the washing machine was particularly helpful (although no washing powder). check in was easy and the place was very secure with multiple entry doors and keys. it was convenient, safe and mostly comfortable.

the windows do a good job of keeping most noise out but this is an extremely busy road and most nights we were woken up by sirens, trams, people on the street etc. bring headphones and you’ll be fine! there was a lack of basics - one pillow each, one roll of toilet paper for a four day stay, no washing powder, no sugar or tea, two coffee pods in total. the cleaners had left the dishwasher full of the last guest’s dishes so they smelled. hot water system ran out quickly. felt extremely bare for what you pay.

very spacious and bright living room and great, well-equipped kitchen. the master bedroom is really nice too. the bathroom is very big. the hostess, florence, was really nice and helpful throughout our stay. it was really easy to communicate with her.

the apartment is SO close to the train station, which of course has it perks but it mostly means that there are people walking around the building, waiting for the bus right in front of it and leaving their mcdonald's trash on the bushes. a bit shady at night but convenient overall. the smaller room is literally half the size as the other and is quite depressing. literally bunkbeds and a closet. no light coming in from the window. also, one bathroom for four people (or more because there is a sofa bed that could accommodate one or two more) is not ideal.

We chose this property for proximity to the train - you can’t really be any closer! I liked that there were some packets of oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and coffee and coffee machine. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, but there are some utensils that would have been great, like a spatula. There was also soap and body wash. I mention these things because not all of the places we’ve stayed in Italy have had them. There was also a washer/dryer and iron and ironing board. This is a good location, but plan to do some walking to get to the center of things and the Arno etc…

The place is spacious, but somewhat sterile and utilitarian. Not a lot of warmth or decor. There are a lot of doors and keys and it’s a problem that we only get one set, since we don’t all want to do the same things all the time. If there are 3 travelers, there should be more than one set of keys. Lastly, we spent the better part of one morning trying to work the washer and dryer combo, which was all in symbols with no words. Even the directions were impossible to figure out - and we didn’t know they existed until we found them. The woman who checked us in was very nice, but she didn’t know how it worked either. It was a bummer, but a theme throughout Italy unfortunately.

Really clean apartment well appointed. We made our own breakfast every morning. Amazing location right across from the train station and a short walk to all major landmarks, restaurants etc. Beautiful old building as well and our apartment had a lovely terrace in the back. Really cannot recommend this place enough. Great value!

Flávio and Florence were just so warm and welcoming at check in - they explained everything perfectly and the apartment was spacious, clean and very secure and safe even a washer and dryer !!!!! ….. 2 Mins from the Basicila and the Duomo as well - actually all the sights including the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio too ….. and SO CONVENIENT getting in as it’s Opposite the Train Station !! Thanks guys - a perfect stay in Florence 🙏🏻

nothing - everything was AMAZING

Excellent location right next to the train station. Really spacious, big fridge and nice balcony with washer/dryer. Felt really secure too. Coffee capsules, olive oil, salt, vinegar in the kitchen. Elevator (we needed it for the pram). A crib was provided on request. An extra set of sheets. Close to a supermarket, bars, restaurants and shops.

Not ideally clean - a lot od dust below the bed and behind the sofa. No vacuum cleaner or broom. No hooks for clothes at the front door or in the bathroom.
