The property was pleasantly modern and smelled amazing when we walked through the door. I traveled with friends and the front desk attendant made sure we could be near each other. It was a really nice touch. The breakfast crew was delightful and greeted us each morning in a lovely way to Start our day.

We could not get any of the auxiliary tv options to work. We brought game systems and although the tv’s had specific instructions for the games none of them worked. We also couldn’t “cast” to the television due to weird wifi set up. It was a bit frustrating. The front desk tried to help and we appreciated it but there was no solution. The ATT help numbers were not helpful at all. We intended to do some gaming so that put a small damper on our plans. Lastly, showers could have been a little cleaner.

The room was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good, possibly better than other Holiday Inn Expresses in which we have stayed. I would stay here again given that value was good compared with downtown Nashville hotels. Uber rides into the centre worked well.

For a new hotel, the insulation could be better since there was a lot of noise from a busy interstate adjacent but not right next to the hotel. For some reason, the hotel ran out of regular coffee capsules for the coffee machine although there were plenty of decaf versions!

The location was perfect away from noise and yet close enough to visit tourist attractions. The breakfast was adequate and coffee was very good.

The reason for not giving a 10 was that the bathroom needed some TLC. It was obvious there was a leak in the ceiling and was patched, but it was not finished as it needed to be painted. The tile around the floor of the bathroom was just not a very good job and it was noticeable. I would recommend upgrading the towels as they were very thin. Everything else about the room was fine.

Good breakfast, plenty of choices. Loads of coffee, cinnamon buns were excellent!!Easy to get bus to centre, stop just outside of hotel.

The fact of the hotel taking payment from credit card 6 hours after check out when we were on a Greyhound bus to Memphis. No reply from hotel about this matter and the over charging of our stay, no manager on site to sort this out!

The room was great with everything you'd need. Great parking facilities as well. If you prefer to walk, it takes around 30 minutes to get to the city centre, but it's a good walk after you get past the first few streets, going through some beautiful historic streets with great shops and cafés.

The location is somewhat far away from the city centre, so you may want to either drive, which is obviously somewhat challenging in regards to parking - or take a Lyft.

The friendly & helpful staff. Especially a lady, Tara on the front desk went above & beyond duty to be so helpful to me. She is an extremely good employee. Very intelligent & resourceful! All employees there were great. My room was spotless!

Great location,which is brand new, and only 2.8 miles from the downtown Nashville area that was really easy for the Uber/Lyft drivers to pick you up and drop off. Staff was excellent, especially Kayce and DaNeesha who were very friendly and helpful with information about the Nashville area. Also gave us a complimentary Uber ride for being an IHG member. There was security guard watching the parking lot at night that definitely made you feel safe. Highly recommend staying here instead of downtown location.

A little pricey but everywhere close to center city Nashville is.

Very clean and nice rooms ! The bed was so comfortable ! Staff was super nice !!

Watch the milk in the refrigerator!! I got a chocolate milk took a drink and it was bad ! It made me sick !! Breakfast wasn't that great . Pancake machine kept messing up and then they weren’t done all the way. Eggs were overcooked. Bacon was good ! They had blueberry muffins bananas and oranges that were good .

excellent friendly staff very accommodating due to us being here for medical reasons. was able to get us checked into 1 of the 2 rooms prior to us going to Vanderbilt medical center earlier than we had originally anticipated having to be there, which was an hour earlier than the original agreed upon early check in time.

found some type of debris against the frame under one of the two beds in 2nd room.. both bathrooms had overhead lights that were nonfunctional.. the 1st room (single king) bathroom light would only partially come on but not bright enough to see. the 2nd room (double queen) bathroom light would not come on at all. thankfully, the light around the mirror in both bathrooms worked, so there was no need to call about it so late in the night after we realized it, and we were tired from being at Vanderbilt for hours.

The hotel is very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The ladies working with breakfast in the morning are very funny and helpful. We really enjoyed them.

Coming into the park into the parking lot, I hit the curb, turning into the parking lot, and scrapped the bottom of my car. I can see that this is a problem that others have experienced . Something needs to be done about this other than putting a short cone out there.
