This guesthouse is perfectly located in the center of the old town of Nafplio. Everything is within walking distance to here, yet it is very quiet. The hosts/staff were so nice and friendly. The breakfast was huge and plentiful each morning, served on a small balcony. My room was very comfortable and clean. The value was excellent for the money. Highly recommend this place.
It didn't bother me at all but it may be worth noting that my room (and the breakfast balcony) were at the top of two narrow, high flights of stairs. So if you have mobility issues you may want to keep that in mind. Also my room had slanting ceilings as it was at the top of the building. If you are tall you will likely have to bend over a lot to avoid hitting your head, especially getting in and out of bed. Again, these weren't a problem for me but other guests may want to consider.

The guesthouse is located in the heart of the city, in a quiet area. The rooms are nicely decorated. Breakfast is amazing! The girls who prepare it are very kind. There`s a huge parking lot in the harbour, only a few minutes away from the guesthouse.
We stayed in the attic, which we loved! There`s a long staircase you have to climb and it makes some noise (you can hear when your neighbours come and go). Breakfast is prepared on the same floor, so if you want to sleep late, forget about it :) The girls do their best to be silent, but it`s quite impossible. You can hear everything that your neighbours do in the other room :) If you speak the same language, you can hear their conversation. Not a huge disadvantage, but it`s good to know.

Everything was perfect. The staff, especially Georgina who served breakfast daily, was extremely accommodating. The hotel was the proprietors' family house converted into a hotel so everything was quaint but very comfortable. The wifi was excellent, the location excellent, 5-minute walk to free parking. The breakfast was outstanding with fresh, local food. We received beach towels to swim in the sea. The breakfast area is located on a half porch so we were able to enjoy the weather while eating. We stayed 4 nights and will recommend this hotel highly to all of our friends.

Very central, yet quiet, just less than a minute's walk from the main square. The breakfast was freshly made, served on individual trays on a beautiful little terrace. It included fresh juice, tea/coffee, eggs, a selection of breads, lovely cakes and croissants, cereal, Greek yoghurt, and much more. Our room had its own balcony, and it was very comfy and full of character. Would be happy to come again.
We liked everything, just some minor points are: the mattress was quite soft for our liking (may be personal taste though), the bathroom - although clean and functional - was on the small side, and we would appreciate a kettle in the room with cups and coffee/ tea. These are only minor points and would not stop us from returning for another stay.

Great hotel in the center of Nafplion. The breakfast was amazing - so delicious and with many varieties of local food (fruits, yoghurt, ham and cheese, sweet and savory pastry, hard-boiled eggs, croissants and sweet cakes,...), served on a small terrace. The staff was really pleasant and polite, comfortable beds were nice and we really enjoyed the stay there. Since we came here by bus (bus station is 5 min away), we discovered a good transportation package - regular bus tour with special offer, going to Micaene and Epidaurus in one day for a very cheap price - KTEL Argolida, payable at the bus station. Great excursion, which was done by ourselves and the bus tour gives you enough time to explore the both sites with enough time - would certainly reccomend.

This is a lovely, family run, small guest house. It's not luxury but good value, has character and is in the perfect position in the old town. The staff are lovely and the breakfast is superb - generous, varied and made with love.
Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be good - that's my only suggestion There's a coffee percolator but no cups, coffee or filters. The staff were very accommodating when we asked about making tea though and provided cups and said we could use the kettle in the upstairs kitchen.

My room was located to the top of the building and was very cosy, with exposed beams and floorboards and beautifully presented with great touches like slippers and toiletries. The bathroom was, clean, modern and with piping hot water. There was also an adjoining space has a delightful small veranda space. Everywhere was very clean. An awesome breakfast was offered included coffee/pastries/breads jams/cereals/ the freshly squeezed orange juice was super!! The 1841 pension is charming. Located straight in the centre of the old town, with cobbled streets lined with lovely shops, a beautiful entrance and a lovely fresh smell as you enter. My host Adonis was there with a very warm welcome, and made sure I was settled in/answer any questions.
Breakfast was very nice but some items I do not eat so were sadly wasted. Maybe check with guests for food choices/tolerances, just to limit food waste.

Nafplion 1841 is one of the most charming places I’ve ever visited! The beautiful details throughout the property create a delightful atmosphere. Enjoying an amazing breakfast on the cute balcony, featuring the yummiest pastries ever, was a highlight of my stay. The ambiance and attention to detail make it a truly special experience. I would come back again for sure! 🩷
Nothing at all Note it’s old and historic but that’s what make it special If U’re looking for something different that’s the place to be

A gorgeous little pension, only 6 very tastefull & beautifully decorated rooms. The rooms felt feet peaceful & relaxing. We had 2 rooms for our family of husband, wife & 2 young adult children. Breakfast was served by the owner, on the roof top balcony & and was varied & incredibly delicious - eggs, yoghurt, fruit & muslie, sweet and savoury treats. The cakes and many of the pastries (Greek cheese pie/ spinach pie) were made by the host family & were delicious. It is located in the old town and there are many local craftsmen nearby …… lovely hand made ceramics opposite.
