Location was great, less than a 10 minute drive to the Amphitheatre. Free shuttle provided. Warm cookie and water upon arrival and a bonus allergen free cookie option!

We were four guests and were only provided 3 bath towels instead of four The location and pick up time from the shuttle bus a bit clearer. That was a bit confusing. Lastly our room was 232 and that was a bit odd because it was in direct view of the open elevator hallway, anyone standing could see directly in if / when the door is open.

The staff was always very attentive and helpful to us. The location has a gym with very good cardio equipment and free weights. Perfect for our daily circuit training. The Doubletree warm cookie was a nice treat.

During our stay one of the two elevators was out of order. We were on top floor, so sometimes a longer than typical wait for the single working elevator. We didn't check with the staff on plans to fix, but hopefully this is just a temporary issue.

Did not realize it was $16.95 pp. However, good selection and the cook personally brought my husband two eggs done per his request.

Restaurant is pricey. Good variety on the dinner menu. My seafood pasta entree was excellent. It needed a bit more pasta and one mussel wasn't eaten as it didn't open when cooked. Our server was super nice. The check in woman. Best, was wonderful. She warned up that a youth lacrosse team was there. The girls were out of control. Running, yelling. A group of their parentsparents were sitting around a table drinking at the bar. Zero supervision or acknowledgement of the constant disruption and noise caused.

The staff were amazing-Jean Civil and George Ramirez and staff were way above amazing. The shuttle drivers to the concert - amazing. I hope everyone realizes what an amazing staff they have even those amazing ones that came around and did our rooms. It takes an entire staff to make the stay excellent and you guess have them.

Comfy bed, big rooms. Bit weird to have inner facing rooms but everything else was so great it didn’t matter. Staff was friendly. Open common area where I was able to work remotely. Wish I used the pool but lots of other people seemed to!

Bit weird to have inside facing rooms but not too bad. I received the check out dossier which charged me way more than what I was told on Hotels.com but the front desk person was kind and quickly resolved it.

Loved everything about Doubletree except the breakfast. The staff at the front desk, the housekeeping, and the room were great.

I did not like the breakfast offerings. I am not a big breakfast eater. I have never had to pay for a continental breakfast at a hotel. I only wanted an orange juice and a bagel. I wasn’t going to pay $11.95 for that. My husband got the full breakfast and the eggs and French toast were barely warm. We were very disappointed with the breakfast.

Clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, nice staff and the shuttle to Merriweather was great

We kept a friend from driving home after a concert while under the influence and brought him back to our hotel. We figured there weren't rooms available, which was fine. However, they didn't even have any cots to offer which I think is pretty standard in most hotels. The manager did bring us a ton of extra bedding so we could make a space to sleep on the floor and we really appreciated that solution.

I did not have the breakfast. The complimentary cookies and water were plentiful and a wonderful added treat. Every staff person was pleasant, courteous and helpful. It was also great having the shuttle service to our concert venue.

Shuttle van could have had a stepping stool to get on and off; as the step to get on was very high and difficult to climb onto. My friend suggested complimentary coffee or tea to go with the delicious cookies. 🤗

Breakfast and buffet staff were quite nice! The accommodations were exactly as advertised; very cozy! Staff was friendly and the check-in and check-out process were as easy as could be. I would definitely stay here again!

First greeted by the GM with a cold bottle of water and a warm chocolate chip cookie...he had us at hello!! Every employee we interacted with was friendly knowledgeable and informative! Breakfast was offered ala Carte or full breakfast. There was a charge but well worth it. We chose the latter and everything was fresh and delicious! We travel frequently and this hotel is by far on the top of our list as excellent experience!!
