Breakfast was minimal but appreciated. Location was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is a very good basic hostel, you get exactly what you need.

This location is close to the Jeju bus terminal (about a five-minute walk). CU is across the street if you need any convenience store items. You can refill your water on the first floor with the water purifier and have a very simple breakfast at the hostel (bread, jam, orange juice, etc.) You can get new towels and there are also additional bathrooms on the first floor in case someone else is using the restroom in your room.

Before booking, know that there are rules (no eating in the room, no throwing toilet paper in the toilet, eating breakfast only during breakfast hours, turning AC off when leaving the room, and no noise). Staff enforces no noise rules arbitrarily; they don't say anything when a large group is making noise. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (my family was fine with this though).

Spacious guesthouse with ensuite bathrooms, ensuite mini fridges, a large kitchen/dining/lounge area, and laundry facilities in the basement. The dorm is well laid out with space underneath the bed for luggage, lockers, desk and mirror. Towels are self-serve in front of the reception desk. The kitchen is well equipped, and the laundry washer + detergent is free (dryer is 3,000 won). Breakfast is self-serve from the labelled refrigerator (bread, cheese, jam, juice) with coffee. Tea, sugar and creamer are available all day. It's well located just a few minutes walk from the bus terminal and there's an affordable supermarket across the main street.

The guesthouse is a less attentively run than others (staff seem very preoccupied with gaming), although it is very clean and well maintained. Although the kitchen has lots of equipment, there is no salt, seasoning or oil for guests to use. Would be good if breakfast was more vegan-friendly (the only thing I could have was juice and coffee).

The location of the property was perfect--we stayed on Jeju to hike Hallasan, and the easy access to the bus station was a great plus. Rooms were clean and quiet. On the night before the hike, I accidentally left my hiking bag on the bus, and was worried I would have to try to make the hike without it (I don't speak Korean and it was late enough that tourist agencies were closed). But, Miss Young-ju at the front desk was able to call the bus company for me and arrange for me to pick it up behind the bus terminal! After that, she gave us some recommendations for stores we could visit around the area. Her service (and English) were wonderful! Overall a lovely experience, and the hike was great!

Good kitchen facilities. Fridge available. Basic breakfast - toast, spreads and juice. Good location right next to bus terminal and airport. Drinking water facilities. Free umbrella use during the rain whilst I was visiting (so helpful!). Bus timetable information. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Had an issue whilst staying (nothing to do with the hostel). Contacted the staff who helped immediately to resolve my issue. So accommodating and quick acting. Was so appreciative. Would spring for the better rooms. The cheaper room's top bunk didn't have any shelf to store any belongings (eg phone etc) when sleeping and charging stations didn't always work with my adaptor which have worked fine elsewhere in Korea. Other room was much nicer.

This guesthouse was an incredible find in Korea! I had such a great stay here, where the facilities are wonderful for allowing for travelers to talk and meet. I spent all my nights making friends and playing board games, and I truly loved my time here. You definitely can have your privacy as well in your room, where you can draw the curtains. 100% recommend.

If I had to nitpick, the rubber curtain railings around the bed are flimsy and can drop if you pull them roughly. That’s about it. I really loved this place.

The place is lovely and you can have a free breakfast every morning (toast bread, eggs, butter, jam, milk, juice) as well as free water. There is a spot for you to hang your wrt clothes as well as a washing machine.

One day, the dormitory was pretty full and it was difficult to prepare a breakfast (there is only one table which was full and the pan was dirty). The common space might feel a little bit small/crowded when the place is full. I don't think I've seen locker anywhere but I didn't stay long enough to need it (2 days) so I might have just missed them.

First of all, Yeha guesthouse is great for mainly two things: the location and the staff. The location is quiet, and only a 2 minute walk from the Jeju bus terminal. The receptionist was super friendly, great English and helped us quickly. It was nice that the breakfast was quite good (for being in Korea) but make sure to come early in the morning, otherwise the "extras" run out. The room is a good size. Bathroom offers toiletries for free.

The bathroom gets flooded when you have a shower and therefore feels dirty. The mattresses is not covered with sheets, which is a bit uncomfortable. Hard, uncomfortable beds and noisy AC.

The breakfast was a good bonus and it made our stay a lot less stressful. We didn't rent a car, so the location was super convenient for us. The main bus terminal is located less than 5 minutes of walking away.

At first, we didn't know how to lock the room door. The second day, we asked one of the staff members and she explained the system to us. Despite our room being unlocked, our luggage was safe due to good security at the property.
