The location was great, beautiful view of the sea with a nice large balcony .The host was great very helpful and friendly, they had a nice breakfast, the host made warm croissants, coffee and fruit. It was a charming guesthouse. The room itself was small but totally adequate, the air conditioner worked great and the balcony was really nice, large and beautiful view. It was very reasonably priced.

It was down a dirt road that was very rutted and hard to drive. Technically it was on the beach, but really the beach was down a long path and not very clean.

The terrace and outlook over the sea was superb. Staff were lovely and the breakfast area and outlook could not be March.. The dog was also very friendly. Nice walk along the beach into San Leone where there are plenty of places to eat.

We were disappointed when we arrived to find the room didn't match the description. We booked a suite with a separate bedroom and separate living room and 2 bathrooms as detailed on Booking.com.. There are no suites at this hotel. As we paid extra for a suite we were not very pleased. We are not sure whether this issue is a mistake by the hotel or booking.com or combination of both. Which ever it needs to be corrected quickly.

Hot and tired after a long drive but owner instantly suggested we went for a swim in the pool. Great pool, big enough to have a good swim. Just be careful of the steps in! They wobbled and I’m slightly disabled so he held them firm. He has a good menu but unfortunately a lot not available in the evening. Room more than adequate for two for an overnight stay (one of the smaller ones). Stunning views from the patio/public area balcony. We sat there for ages with a bottle of wine and crisps available. Breakfast was lovely, great service from a lovely lady and plenty of it, including eggs and toasted sandwiches. Also secure parking. Right by the ancient monuments. I’d definitely go back!

Road a bit rough for a touring motorbike! But we managed. Otherwise only the bits above. Nothing to put you off.

This place was such a pleasant surprise! The place was beautiful and so homely, perfect location with a 5 minute walk to the beach. The little dog that lived there even showed us the way which was amazing. The owners are so sweet and helpful you can tell they love what they do. We ended up extending our stay and would gladly come back!

The room was too small for my needs; I should have booked a bigger room but it wasn’t available at the time.

The place was very well designed and beautiful. The view was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. it looks like what you see in photos, even better. It is completely worth the money you pay. You can find it easily on the map.

part of the road to arrive at the place was not asphalt but it was not a long distance from the main road.

Amazing property including a pool with sea view (you can see the sunset from the pool it’s amazing), clean modern view and very friendly staff, good location between Agrigente, Valley of the Temples and San Leone

If we had to make 1 remark, it’s that our room was a bit small, but it’s a great value for money

This place is amazing! The room had a gorgeous terrace with comfortable furniture to relax on and enjoy views of the sea. We could also relax by the pool after swimming. Breakfast was served at our table with the same beautiful views. Guise and Maximo were so friendly, and we enjoyed talking with the other guests at the b & b.

The road to get there was bumpy, but it was definitely worth it!

I am hesitant to write a review because I want to keep this little treasure of a B&B all to myself but i HAD to write a review because this property is unbeatable for the price.The beach is literally steps away. If you have a room with an ocean view the sunset/ sunrise is incredible but if you enjoy sleeping in the garden view rooms are for you; the balcony doors keep the room pretty dark ( I stayed in each room different nights) The breakfast area has a breath taking view of the ocean and the living area have a panoramic ocean view. It really felt like you were at home.

honestly, there really wasn’t much but I will say if you do not have a car I would arrange a Taxi with the owner Massimo because we were charged double what we should have been finding our own taxi to get to the property from the center of town and if you’re lucky enough you’ll get Salvatore as your driver.

Fantastic sea view from this apartment, nice host and breakfast.

There was a storm during the night and water leaked through the patio doors into the room. The road to the property is really rough. The beach is fantastic but there is a lot of rubbish lying around in the area.
