Highly recommend anyone visiting Tiberias to stay at this Hotel. From when we arrived, the staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially Neil. He made sure we had everything we needed. We were blown away by the kindness of the manager Natanel! He was extremely helpful and kind. We never had such an experience before. Nati showed us around and helped organise our stay in Tiberias. We were upgraded to a deluxe sea view room and had the most beautiful view of the Kinneret. The breakfast was amazing and so well prepared. Food was very tasty! Location and breakfast was great Nati -Evening manager hospitality was great as he receive us at lobby by almost 10 PM We were blessed to have Nati in hotel He was so welcoming and make things easier Laundry was quick and he arranged to deliver it fast Talking to him felt like home God bless Nati God bless Israel Love to visit and stay at same hotel next time Thanks Nati for welcoming us

- Breakfast was really good and in general well balanced and varied! Just the coffee machines are not so good, the coffee does not come out as hot as it should and the flavor so so... and when bigger groups are at the dinning area, they are so hard to access! - Rooms were really spacious and clean, and I was given a good upgrade for what I asked through Booking! Beds were clean, comfortable and good pillows! - So grateful for the chocolates, water and wine given =) - bathroom was good, missing the magnifying mirror with light, and the balancing of the cold and hot water was a bit tricky, to get to a middle temperature, - HOSPITALITY of Manager and staff was pretty good! Nati the General Manager really made sure our stay was pleasant making sure our needs were met and providing a quality and amicable service in general, great cappuchinos at the reception area!!! we also appreciated the parking space in the Hotel We enjoyed our stay and would love to be back!

Breakfast was delicious. Staff very friendly. Rooms were clean and neat. Had a family room which was very roomy and a partial view of Kinneret. They let us stay after 10 AM in breakfast room, which was very thoughtful.

Poor drainage in tub after showering. No parking lot available but there was parking on street nearby with Pango App.

We were received by the manager. He was extremely kind and helpfull. We had a fantastic room with a breathtaking vieuw of lake kinneret. We also could enjoy a magnificent view of mount Hermon his top in snow. Breakfast was perfect a great varaity of food and soft drinks . . Thank you verry much Natti and your team. We will come back

The staff were exceptional. Nati the manager and the receptionist Nabim were amazing and most helpful and professional. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Location is great and the selection at breakfast is very good.

When we arrived to the hotel the reception manager and his staff were very kind gave us a comfortable room has a nice view to the lake. Food was excellent in the breakfast room.. The hotel was nice clean and near the beach. I advise who's looking for quite good hotel to go their.

Great staff, offered additional meals (launch and dinner) for no additional costs, the staff provided all the services needed. Great experience

Hallways were untidy, with a smell of cigarette smoke.

Fantastic stuff, excellent food and beautiful view of Sea of Galilee, the beds were very comfortable. There is water for drink in the rooms. Good swimming pool in hotel.
