Hosts were lovely and friendly, despite late night check in and early leave. Beds were incredibly comfy. We were so sad not to be able to do a cooking class with them, as it smelled incredible - will definitely be rebooking and looking to do that next time!

We had a wonderful time at Jolie villa, the staff were so welcoming, gave us great information and always greeted us with a smile. The location is nicely situated out of town with bicycles to use, we loved cycling around for the 8 days we stayed, the optional breakfast was really nice and we had it most mornings. We didn’t want to leave and both agreed if we come back to Vietnam we would come straight here and stay awhile. The beach is a short distance away by bicycle and nice for a day trip. Some really good restaurants near the property and cheaper than in town, try the sushi next door it’s the best we’ve had in Vietnam.

When we arrived we were upgraded to a family room at no extra cost, which was lovely. The room itself was very clean, and the shower was separate from the toilet, which you don’t often find in Asia. The air con was very powerful and there was a fridge in the room, with fresh water available in the lobby. The staff were exceptional, they went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. My phone was stolen when I was in the old town, and they made every effort to help me to find it, even taking me to the police station. They also helped us to book our bus tickets to Saigon. We have been backpacking for 15 months, and this is the best place that we have stayed. We usually stay in budget accommodation, but I would quite happily stay in this hotel again for a holiday. It far exceeded our expectations, and I cannot recommend it enough. Walking distance to the old town too.

We loved the free bikes that were available all the time for guests to use, the bike ride into town was easy and not too long. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, they recommended local restaurants and sights as well as teaching us some Vietnamese! We asked for laundry to be done and it was returned to us really quickly and smelt great. Overall, a great place to stay that is a little out of town so it’s really quiet, but you can still walk/cycle/grab easily. We were treated by name every time we walked through the lobby which made us feel really at home.

Our aircon in the room was a bit dated and leaked at one point however the staff fixed the issue really fast so the rest of our stay was great.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything - lots of choices for activities and trips (cooking classes, snorkelling, etc) - we didn’t end up doing any unfortunately but we definitely will in the future! Bike rental, laundry service and recommendations for the area given. Good AC, clean rooms and comfy beds - one of our favourite stays so far! Highly recommend.

I had a truly delightful stay at this homestay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were fantastic, especially considering the value, and were equipped with excellent air conditioning, a nice bathroom, and a lovely balcony. I enjoyed my experience so much that I extended my stay to 7 days. Additionally, the homestay organizes various activities and buses for guests, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of my visit. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting hoi an.

No real hang out area to meet other travellers which limits the social experience I have had at other homestays, only a small reception area. I wouldn't book this if you wanted to be social, there is an option to do the cooking class to meet others buts it's quite expensive. But this doesn't affect the property rating just something to consider. If you don't care about being social except with the staff this place is an 11/10.

The room looks like a luxurious hotelroom with an amazing bathroom and the most comfortable bed !! The room has airconditioning, a little fridge and a very nice (big) balcony. The old town is only a 20 min walk or like a 5-8 min drive with the free bikes available in Jolie Villa. I had the best sleep in a really long time here !! Mimi is an amazing host, she is very kind, welcoming and helpfull. There is also a very fast laundryservice available !! An amazing place to spend your time in Hoi An !!! All of that for a super affordable price !!

The private room was nice and the bathroom was great with a big shower. Shower wasn’t completely enclosed but was off to the side so you could shower without the entire bathroom getting wet and the water pressure was great. Although there wasn’t much in a walkable distance, you could get to most places and old town with a very cheap grab bike (less than 20,000). I would have stayed an extra night but they were full. Also, even though the keycard controlled the power, the AC remained on when you left so you could return to a cold room.

The ground floor was a bit noisy in the morning because the rooms are right next to reception. However it was pretty minor and not a huge deal.

Comfortable mattress and friendly staff. Rooms are nice and they have secured motorbike Parking. The girl working reception with the glasses is super hot and super cool.

Room was adjacent to the Cafe/reception and could get a little noisy in the morning. I didn't like Hoi An all that much. Tourist trap kinda vibe. It was Lunar New Year and the crowds were insane. Beware, alot of scams in Hoi An. Count your change and get quoted price before ordering anything.
