The location is perfect and I could reach it easily. They stay was very comfortable. The care taker was cordial and took care of everything. The place was neat and clean. Loved the balcony and the view. Pretty good stay. Would love to visit again. Thanks.

I booked this facility for its location as it is within the Prestige Shanthinikethan complex where my brother had an exam.
Despite confirming our time of arrival over call, we were made to wait for around 45 minutes for Check-in. The cleaning of the room started only after we reached. The room/ flat was certainly not worth the money they charge. The furnishing is not done properly, Lot of stuffs dumped in the house. Only thing premium about the room was its tariff and nothing else.

Location was in prime place for me, I came for Manipal Hospital and it’s just few meters from the room
not as clean as expected, even basic provisions like morning kit were not provided, had to roam around for Soap, Paste, Oil. Supervisor didn’t make the arrangement even after informing at 7PM until next day morning call at 7AM. drinking water was not available. Also, TV was suppose to work but it’s not connected at all, even after informing the Supervisor, no action was taken. Visitors parking was enough as it was very spacious and good.

Location
Actually it wasnt park inn hospitality, the Room was hosted in a apartment. Where one Room was allocated For the guest, And other rooms were occupied by a family or other members. It is not a separate Room itself, not sure why it was listed in booking.com, and the description of the property wasn’t mentioned as above.
