Very nice hotel and the people from the reception are exceptional friendly and helpful. Also a big thumb for the cleaning staff! The hotel is close to the highway and close to the center. Parking in-and outside, but to pay.

The bathroom is way too small for 2 persons and the shower is not closed so everything is very wet! The sofa was dirty. It doesn't invite you to sit in it. We loved the food in the restaurant but one waiter is very unfriendly!

Nice, quiet and very clean rooms, comfy bed, very friendly staff, underground parking is private and safe, 24 hour reception, possible to buy drinks, sandwiches and snacks at the reception. Location is close to the A7 motorway and very close to a huge EDEKA supermarket, if you wanna do some grocery shopping on your way. I only stayed one night, driving through Germany - but I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again next time.

Arriving at night was a little confusing, as there is another hotel in front to the street - but Park Inn is located just behind and in a more private location. Since there is a Park Inn sign at the road, you think that the first hotel is Park Inn, but it’s not.

Our first room was not great as the bathroom light did not work & someone had obviously been smoking. We were moved without fuss to a very comfortable room. The restaurant offered a limited evening selection but it was tasty & well prepared. The following morning we found the lift was out of order but being repaired which wasn't great as we both mobility issues & there appeared to be a fire brigade inspection going on. It was a little inconvenient but good to know that these things were being seen to promptly. The breakfast room was bright & airy with a large selection of hot & cold food & drinks. Very much a business hotel & would stay again if in the area.

Breakfast was great. Lot's of choices, warm food, very good coffee. Indoor parking was excellent, not least since it was raining on the day we came.

Signs could be better. When we came it was dark and rainy and then it was a bit difficult to get to the right entrance. We also missed the entrance to the garage. In the end everything worked out of course.

Good service level at reception, restaurant and breakfast buffet. Quality of the food is excellent at the restaurant though diversity is limited.

would be nice to enlarge the diner menu for having more diversity or changing menu more frequently from day to day or week to week. Also for non german speaker, would be nice to see wall posting info in english. In the room, the glass in the shower is too small, therefore water is wetting the floor easily with the risk of slipping when coming out.

It's my second time here and it was again a big pleasure to stay in this place. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Big rooms and well equipped and good quality of the bed. The buffet for the breakfast is excellent.

The cleaning of the room was not always good. Expensive parking.

10/10 stay after a long drive and not to far from the autobahn. The hotel has everything you want. Room was very nice. Restaurants are also close by for a late dinner. Breakfast option was also really good. And last, but not least good value for money. Will definitely stay here again!

I’m happy and lucky that I chose the place for my family to stay. The location is very convenient. There are close playground, supermarket and restaurant. Staff are super nice. The hotel is fairly new style with very fast internet. The room is very clean, everything is comfortable and well designed. Very good breakfast.

Everything! This hotel was honestly outstanding. We booked what they call a 'Family Suite' so we had a little hallway, bathroom, bedroom and sitting room with a sofa bed which sleeps two. The minibar was included in the price...we didn't realise at the time of booking so it was a very welcome and pleasant surprise when the lovely lady at check-in told us. Sauna and gym are great and the hotel is very clean altogether. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and our breakfast was delicious! Thank you so much for the most perfect stay :)
