I have traveled for the past 28 years and have stayed in many different types of hotels. This one Is off the main highway and is quiet, a place without all the distractions. The rooms are better than what you get when you stay with the big corporation hotels. I wish I could always find a place like this one to stay. Now let's talk about the rooms, we all know that you don't want to lay down or walk without socks on the floor in a hotel because it's always dirty. But at this hotel you can do just that. The floors were so clean I could walk around without socks or lay down to stretch. So, if you are looking for the cleanest rooms, best price and the nicest people, you will find It at this hotel. I personal saw the owner walking the parking lot several times checking on things.

Wouldn't change one thing about it.

The building is an older remodeled site, off the main road. Can’t walk to anything but then again, that’s not why I’m here. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here. First time in 2021 when we were coming back to the area and arrived before the movers did. This time around, it’s hurricane evacuation. The place is clean, small frig & microwave, iron & board, plus a small coffee maker. It’s a great place to stop over on a trip or short stay. Couple minute drive to “downtown” Lake Wales.

Not really a walkable location, need to drive to get to restaurants and/or grocery store.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Hot shower. Bed was semi comfortable... only 3 pillows on the bed but I never asked for another one so they probably would've gotten more and the best part of the bed was it was CLEAN AND BUG FREE! The guy who checked me in was super helpful and let me know right away if I needed anything to just ask. The room was a very nice size the king bed looked like a full size in the huge room. The pictures on website shows carpet...my room was tile throughout which was nice. The price for what you get is worth it in my opinion. I will probably be back again.

The bed was just a little bit uncomfortable not much and it was doable. I only stayed one night so. There is not a lot of parking spots there either and if you want a room with a bathtub this hotel doesn't have tubs only showers but it was still a good visit and I probably will be back again.

The gentleman at the counter was super nice and answered all of my questions. The room was spacious and looked nice.

I don’t think they change their sheets in between clients. I found a ton of hair in one of the beds, between the sheets, when we first arrived. Also if you lift up the first few layers of sheets, the underlining sheets are yellow stained so bad, it’s nasty! The mattress was also severally stained. They should probably bleach their sheets to get them clean.

It's not 5 star accommodations, but for a small inexpensive hotel, it far exceeded my expectations! It's super clean & up to date with lots of outlets & charging ports. Everything you need and nothing you don't. It even has the best hotel room coffee I've ever had! Extremely friendly & helpful staff as well.

The mattresses are hard. Could use a mattress topper to make it a little softer. And the lights are glary. I threw a T-shirt over the wall sconces to soften the lighting.

Here you get value for money, car is at the door of your room, everything you need is provided. Shops are within walking distance and it is very quiet. The staff are very friendly and always around if you have any questions.

Nothing

Very large rooms, tile floor, good size shower with good pressure, walk-in closet. Near restaurants and shopping. We jet ski and the air conditioning actually could dry our clothes. Good lighting.

No breakfast. With the size room that it was, there could have been two small chairs with a side table instead of the hard plastic chair.

Overall the room was nice, good size, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was super nice. The overall value was great. The room had all the standard things coffee maker, fridge, and enough outlets to charge devices(without having to unplug things)

There were too many cars and not enough parking spots, and the room did have a mild smell. Outside of that there isn't anything I didn't like. So long as they got rid of the smell I would stay here again.

Right off Highway 60. The room was huge and it was very quiet. They have great rates right now. It is honestly the most solid feeling building! I think it could withstand a Cat 5 hurricane!

This property is being renovated. Our room had no bedside lamps or phone charging stations but it's a work in progress.

Staff was nice. Was exactly what we needed and the price was great!

The ice machine was broken but was fixed on the day we left. The vent in the bathroom didn't come on until the last day so the bathroom got hot with the door closed but was ok for my family (we have little ones so no need to close the bathroom really)
