My recent stay at Raddison was nothing short of remarkable, primarily due to its cozy, clean environment and prime location right in front of the famous boulevard. Everything I needed was conveniently within walking distance, adding to the ease of my visit. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by Roshan at the reception. From the moment I arrived until the end of my trip, Roshan was a beacon of help and support. His ability to assist with any issues in the rooms and offer guidance throughout my stay was unparalleled. It’s rare to encounter such sincerity and care in hotel experiences, and Roshan’s dedication significantly enhanced my stay. The rooms themselves were very nice and cozy, perfectly suited for travelers. They provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. I highly recommend Raddison for anyone visiting the area. The combination of a great location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding staff, especially Roshan, makes for a memorable stay.

The location is excellent. We walked to.most of the places of interest from Radisson. Park Bulvar Mall - an excellent mall is just opposite Radisson and we walked over via the overhead bridge. Best to stay at Radisson as you can walk to Deniz Mall Baku Eye Carpet Museum via Baku Boulevarf. Bonus : on 1/1/2024 at midnight we observed fiteworks from our room. Fantastic !!

Its a long holiday weekend the staff are vety busy. They tried their best to accomodate most visitors. As Radission do not have a proper puck up and drop off point its very difficult to catch a taxi. Radission should have a taxi signage lighting up.should hotel guests needs transport. Most taxi stop opposite the hotel i.e. Park Bulvar Mall

Perfect location to explore the city. The breakfast offered a wide selection of quality food. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The stuff was friendly and helpful.

My overall stay was satisfactory, although there was a language barrier with the cleaning staff. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, which is highly convenient. One aspect to note is that while the hotel staff does show some leniency towards new clients, they strictly adhere to their rules. I checked out two days early, and they did not compromise on their policies, which is commendable in terms of rule enforcement but a slight flexibility could enhance customer attraction. The rest of the experience was quite good, especially with the cleaning staff. One lady in her 40s, despite not speaking English, took great care of us. Her pleasant demeanor and gestures helped manage everything smoothly, even with the language barrier. I don’t remember her name, but she did an excellent job.

Sited on shoreline of the Caspian Sea, our 9th floor bedroom had a great view and was quiet. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good with a variety consistent with other Radisson Hotels we have stayed in. It is a 5 minute walk from the town centre and therefore a good position for exploring the city

Up to expectations

The Radisson is in a great location close to the waterfront, and close to many restaurants. The mall literally across the street was also really convenient for some groceries and shopping on a rainy day. The room was quite big (we had the standard room) and the beds were very comfortable. Very good value for the money and location. The Breakfast buffet looked great but we had a continental breakfast which was also really fresh and worth the money. The gym was really well equipped as well and nice to have before breakfast. The front desk staff was absolutely great! (we cannot remember her name but it started with a "G" ). We had a horrible experience at a "boutique" hotel (beware that many in Baku are false advertised), and she was very helpful finding us a room at a reasonable price the next day. At check-in, the employee was also really fast, helpful and fun with us which also helped!

Nothing! Great hotel, value for money, and communication with the staff.

We stayed at a studio apartment which was one of their renovated rooms. The room was clean, very comfortable and felt very homely. We had a sea view which was amazing. We kept extending our stay there, we could not get enough. Thanks to all staff especially Ramez Babayev who offered us 1 free breakfast (we booked the room without breakfast). Thank you, Park Inn team.

It would have been nice if all room types had the bidet shower in the rest rooms. It was only available in Studio apartment and maybe even in a higher type of room.

The accuracy of the room size and the pictures posted online !

The only downside was that of the bed. On the booking confirmation, its clearly mentioned Large Double Size Bed for 2 Junior Suites-Higher Floor, whereas we were given a queen size bed. Upon bringing to the front desk's notice, they mentioned its their std bed size policy & that they dont have king size beds or Large Double Bed in Suites! Shocking! Then why advertise as Large Double Size bed in the first place. Eventually, we ended up squeezing ourselves for 4 nights in the bed. Its like they wanted us to pay for my daughter by putting an extra bed in the suite.

The Radisson Hotel Baku boasts an excellent location, situated right in front of the sea and just across the road from Park Bulvar Mall. It’s only a 10-minute walk to the famous Nizami Street, making it a convenient spot for tourists. The hotel staff are friendly and very supportive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered here is one of the best I’ve ever had, with a wide variety of options to cater to everyone's tastes – definitely deserving of 5 stars. The rooms are spacious, though the interior is slightly outdated. Despite this, the beds are extremely comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely stay at the Radisson Hotel Baku again.

The hotel is close to the centre of the city which it makes it convenient for tourists, the Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and will make sure that are your requests are met. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I had seen in the city. Special mention to Assad for his hospitality and services.

The main hotel entrance is currently under renovation which migrated the entry of the hotel to a long stairway with no elevators, escalators or whatsoever, it just makes it hard for travelers with special needs or even make the staff who are forced to carry the laggauga all across the stairs injury prone, The staff informed me that it will be done somewhere next year.
