Spacious, clean, quiet rooms at a good price. can walk to city center

Decor was dated, wifi was slow

Staff was helpful and friendly. Our suite was very spacious and clean and had a nice couch for lounging and planning our tours. Large bath with nice selection of toiletries. We had some interesting murals that made the room fun! Breakfast area was very pleasant and we were offered a wide selection of good quality pastries, cereal, yogurt, bacon, eggs and fruit. Located in a former industrial area near the Tiber that is becoming trendy. Good pizza restaurants and a cat cafe nearby. Pyramid metro stop is walkable and you can ride to the Colosseum and other main attractions in the center.

We really liked everything about the hotel itself. Regarding location, there was some street noise from nearby bars on the weekend. And although the metro is convenient, you must be very vigilent for pickpockets and understand in advance how the routes work because some stations are so congested you get pushed along with the crowd.

The hotel is beautiful. The bed was the only one I slept in a month in Italy that didn’t leave me sore the next morning (I love Italy, but am used to American beds). The staff were gracious. Above all, the hotel is in a fantastic, real neighborhood, steps away from the best place for pizza in the city, Pizzaria Ostiense, and some of the best gelato in town, Gelateria La Romana, and tons of cool bars and club. It’s also a quick drive to the airport from that end of the city, so it was the perfect place for my last night in Rome.

We arrived about an hour or so early yet the room was ready and the check-in process was fast. The location was very good. Train and bus access were al withing a few minutes with lots of restaurants and convenient stores located just around the corer.. The area may look a bit "doggy" but its safe. The breakfast was excellent.

No place to keep the soap / shampoo in the shower area. Also a tea / coffee maker in the room would really be helpful.

Large room with a large separate bathroom & shower. Quiet air con, linen changed regularly. Breakfasts were superb compared with usual continental fare. Everything exceptionally clean.

The local environment has rundown in the past couple of years. The restaurant next door had closed and several other eateries in the location had close too. Fortunately we were directed to a first rate restaurant no more than seven minutes walk away when we didn't feel like going to the city centre

The location was great - just a 30-minute walk from the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill (plus some other ruins). It was also very easy to reach from the airport and there were several public transport stops nearby. There were also several fast food places, restaurants and grocery stores. There was even underground parking. We arrived before check-in (it starts at 14 and we were there at 12:30), but were allowed to check in and free of charge at that. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was cleaned every day. It was a big room too and the window completely blocked off the noise from the outside. Breakfast was in the winter garden which made it very picturesque. I loved the tiles in the bathroom and the nook in which the bath was placed - that was unique. There was ample storage room, a minibar and a safe and several services were offered too: laundry, wake-up calls, room service, 24-hour medical and dental help, etc.

The mattresses on the beds were very hard. It was a bit difficult to work the lights too. Breakfast could use a touch-up, as I did not think much of the cold cuts (they were too few too). Also, the sink in one of the neighbouring rooms gave off this whistling sound two nights in a row, waking us up. The inner walls - to the corridor - were thin so we could hear the other guests and/or staff going about their day.

The hotel exceeded my initial expectations. Being in a residential neighborhood, basic necessity stores like grocery, laundry and restaurants where literally around the corner. Very convenient. Metro Station (Piramide) was a ten minute walk and you could reach most tourist spots easily. Hotel served continental breakfast in their lovely restaurant with extremely helpful staff. Although not a pricey Ritz Carlton type establishment, I would definitely stay here again. If it fits your budget, I recommend reserving a suite as this room is twice as large as a standard.

Although an older establishment, I honestly cannot fault the property for anything. Physical facilities and staff were a pleasant experience.

Nice staff, good location close to Carrefour Market, Eataly (great place to eat and but Italian food), subway, train and some restaurants.

The price was a bit high for what the hotel offers. Breakfast is the same everyday, could be some different options. Wi Fi is anoying - you need a login and password given by the frontdesk and all the time you are requested to sign up again and again... then, if you have a long stay (my case) after some days your internet conection is blocked and you need to go to the frontdesk again.

Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff was kind and efficient. The location is interesting for nightlife and easily reachable from Termini with Metro line and train from Fiumicino. Only downside you’re not near the most famous landmarks, but it can be an opportunity to discover a genuine Rome neighborhood. Do visit the wonderful Centrale montemartini nearby.

Breakfast is not exceptional.

we liked everything staff were friendly place was clean and bed and breakfast was great food we had the suit being in our early 20s the decor was amazing. only problem is if you are going to Rome to site see this is not ideal as it’s 20 odd minutes in a taxi to colosseum and other monuments 30 to Vatican city, if you get a bus you’ll have to walk 10 minutes to. the money we spent on travel I could have spent on somewhere closer either way this was a brilliant stay !
