With our basic French vocabulary, the front of house staff were VERY helpful and the check-in was seamless. A full explanation of facilities was provided, and we even got ushered to our room. The room came with a large terrace overlooking the back garden - more than we were expecting. The breakfast was undoubtedly one of the best we've seen since travelling France - a great selection of fresh breads, pastries, cheeses and delicatessen meat selection, just to mention a few. There's also the option of the main restaurant or bistro on site.

The fact we were only booked in for one night.....definitely a great place to stay longer and to be able to use all the facilities (pool, spa, massage therapy).

Very expensive breakfast 18€ for continental plus some sausage and cold egg. No table service for tea and coffee. Such a shame as this let the hotel down. Be aware it is close to the road but the double glazing is excellent.

Friendly staff, swift and pleasant reception / check-in process, receptionist takes you to your room and explains everything (friendly and very efficiently). Two restaurants on site, one Michelin-listed and a bistrot that serves outstanding food (same chef I assume!). Nice swimming pool.

Opening hours of pool could be more flexible / opens at 9 am, I would love to be able to swim pre-breakfast! (6 am)

Fab breakfast beautiful presentation of meats,cheese, breads, cereals, fruit Danish pastries ...... the list was endless. Very fresh each day

No room service NOR a restaurant with normal food, all Michelin starred food which was amazing but sometimes you just need a burger ....🍔

Great, very clean hotel in the heart of Cancale seaside just 10 min drive from the city. Historic design, very nice bathroom (that French limestone!), and a very good Michelen Guide marked restaurant onsite which was a very pleasant surprise. Great location for visiting all the tourist places around

The village where the property itself located has really nothing to offer but all the great locations in just a 10 min drive

More vegan/dairy free options at breakfast would be welcomed but appreciate not many hotels in France have this on offer. As the hotel is family friendly, I’d suggest opening up the pool earlier to guests as those with children will generally be up very early and would appreciate being able to take the children swimming earlier than 9/9:30am.

The high standards of cleanliness, the top-notch quality of the food offerings, the delightful pool and spa amenities, and the warm and welcoming hospitality extended by the employees.

The hotel is near the train station but when you finish with the spa you sleep like a baby :)

Rooms spacious, clean and airy with comfortable bed a table and 2 chairs in the room and a small terrace with a table and two chairs.

Wifi poor and unreliable. Should consider upgrading to a broader mesh WiFi

Stayed here many times. Very convenient, clean and excellent parking

Bistro. Again, very cold surroundings, limited menu. Food very average. The restaurant was shut the night we stayed. Will not eat in the Bistro again.
