I was as very happy that the PVL had electrical charging stations inside their underground parking lot. Loved that the pool was heated in January and the grandkids could swim. Access to trails right from hotel so very easy to walk my dog. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Pets are welcomed. Games to borrow in lobby. Warm cider was a nice touch.

Kitchen was poorly equiped. No spatula, whisk, mixing bowl and blender. No basics like oil. I travel a lot and most kitchen have the basics for cooking like spices, oil, vinegar etc. We were there for three nights and each day I needed a whisk. I was just doing basic cooking like scrambled eggs, french toast and pudding. Without a blender there is no way to make a smoothy. PVL is discribed as having a fireplace. I had assumed it would be a gas fireplace but it was a fake elctrical fireplace. Very disappointing.

The room was large with a nice kitchen and separate bedroom. Everything was clean, and we appreciated the small washer/dryer that was in the unit. We had all the comforts of home. Also, pool area is very nice. There is also a nice walking trail nearby, and hotel is close to the town with some restaurants, grocery store, and small pharmacy.

You are not allowed to bring your own drinks into the pool area, yet the drink service at the hotel is nonexistent. It would be so nice to have pool service, especially when charging a lot for canned beer and wine, otherwise let me bring my own drink in.

Very service minded staff in the reception, large room for 4 people with one double bed and one sofa bed, nice touch with the whirlpool outside (we enjoyed it a lot), perfect parking in the underground garage. Less than 30 minutes drive to Whistler and 2 minutes drive to downtown Pemberton with restaurants such as the Town Square e.g. It is not fancy, which we appreciated a lot, but clean and practical for a one night stay, with very comfortable beds. Very cozy reception area.

The property felt cozy and welcoming from the first glance when we entered. It is very close to Whistler, which makes it a great alternative to all Whistler hotels. The room was exceptionally clean (thank you, Taylor ☺️), spacious, warm and just a pleasure to be in. Our stay allowed us to enjoy the majestic views of the mountains as well as explore the coziness of Pemberton! We will definitely be back to Pemberton Valley Lodge!

Everything was great during our stay!

We liked the pool area a lot. Loved the outdoor jacuzzi. The service of room cleaning every day was fantastic. The room was fully equipped with a full kitchen, plates and cutlery. The kindness of the staff was also very lovely.

Maybe a small breakfast could have been included in the price, like bagels with cream cheese, cookies and coffee until a specific hour in the morning.

The price is right

This is the second time I can't get invoice from hotel which they indicate booking.com already charge. Without the invoice, I can't reimburse from company and this make me need to pay by my own for nearly a thousand dollars and I already reflect last time but this time is still the same. Quite disappointed. Next time I won't book through booking.com if I need to prepaid and can't get invoice from the hotel !!!

Very convenient location, nice to have the kitchenette and access to the pool & hottub. Staff were friendly and helpful.

For the price, I would expect a higher level of comfort in the rooms - robes, curtains (not just a roller blind), an area rug over the tile floor etc.

The location is good in regard to distance to the ski field. The staff were friendly.

The noise from people partying in the spa pool at night was an issue. The very tight car parking under the building was an issue. The spa pool had lots of dead flies floating in it, the time we used it.

room clean and warm, shower has nice size and comfortable, jacuzzi outside, steam room is great. Everything you need on kitchen. laminate floor looks clean

1. pool was closed., 2. two tea bags were not enough. personally, i prefer tea to coffee. 3. This is forth stay here. Previously I was taking the cheapest room which has carpet floor - does not look very clean. This time i took more expensive room that has laminate floor and did not regret.

The room was very spacious, clean and confortable. The bed was excellent. The bathroom with all the necessary amenities. A very nice place to stay with family and friends. Not far from Whistler.

Nothing to complain. Maybe one or two people of the staff in the morning could have a smile.
