If you are interested in a PSG match, then this is a very good location within 8 minutes of walking from Parc de Prince. It is also pretty close to a metro station, food shops, and even a market. So you have breakfast options and easy access to the center. It offers parking in an underground garage for 15 euros extra/day. The rooms are a decent size for Paris. People are friendly. Internet is decent.

It is not very comfortable and the furniture is old. The room is bland and sad. It is not dirty, but it is degraded by age and wear. And when you pay 400 Euro/night you find it hard to understand how they don't invest in new furniture. You could replace the whole furniture with money from a week...

We loved the character of this hotel …off a pedestrian street in a residential area you pass through a gate into a stunning garden and typically French residence .The rooms are all individually decorated ,ours was spacious and very comfortable with tea & coffee making & fridge available. We arrived late but after calling the hotel we were sent detailed instructions on how to access our room . We had an amazing breakfast brought to the room the first day which was beautifully presented . The staff were friendly & polite . We found the location ideal for our visit to Princes Parc but also great to explore a side of Paris we haven’t seen before & it was very easy to get into the centre as the metro is so close by.

We came here during the Tennis Finals Olympic games so of course the price was higher than usual, but if you are a tennis fan the location is unbeatable. It is such a short walking distance to Roland Garros, it offers private parking and during August Sat-Sun are both free parking days on the street. The neighborhood was super quiet and lovely, we did not feel unsafe at all (or to leave or car on the street). We also had breakfast here in their garden and it was lovely. Fresh French pastries, coffee, orange juice, jams and butter (a common French breakfast). Would absolutely return here when we'd see matches at Roland Garros.

We were a family of five and highly recommend this property despite the distance from the center of Paris. The bonus is a nice, friendly and quiet neighborhood with a feeling of a countryside. The metro M10 line is nearby and takes you a short time to reach the center of paris. Furthermore, this line was less crawdy than other lines and more pleasant. The property itself is well kept. You have a supermarket and a bakery nearby for breakfast.

The pictures do not do the property justice. The building looks lovely and would be ideal to sit outside and enjoy breakfast or a coffee although unfortunately it was raining whilst we were there. The rooms are large and comfortable. They're not new but everything was clean and it could almost be described as shabby chic. The area is lovely with nice restaurants and cafes, good transport and it is quiet. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I must say that the staff, especially Lanja, made my experience truly memorable. Lanja was extremely helpful, gentle, and friendly. Despite our late arrival at around 11.30 pm, Lanja did everything beyond possible to assist us with the check-in process, even though his duty time was over. His exceptional customer service and dedication to ensuring our comfort truly made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Thank you, Lanja, for making our stay at this hotel a fantastic one!

A beautiful, clean, and tidy apartment in a peaceful location. Beautiful gardens. warm welcome, and we were fortunate that our room was ready early, and they allowed us to check in before exploring the city. Easy Metro ride to the city centre. It was a fantastic breakfast also. I am so pleased to have found this apartment. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nothing, it was a fabulous

The staff are lovely and the place is charming and clean. The host was really understanding and let us check in earlier as kids were very tired. The location is fantastic.

We were unlucky with the noise as some garden work was done while we were there and it was very noisey. Also having the room by the reception can be noisey with people coming and going but this was all manageable.

Beautiful courtyard with mature garden, decor inside is simple and pretty. Beds very comfortable and everything spotlessly clean. Compact little kitchen with fridge had everything you could need. Great location which is a 5/10 min walk to PSG stadium. Very nice area with good metro links and various shops. Staff were very sweet and kind to my little boy.

It is nice and quiet and cozy. The Stade Français and Roland Garros are a 10-15 minute walk. Everything you need is around the corner. The staff is unbelievably friendly. Great value for money.

It's not the Ritz, there are some cracks, but they're working on it. The breakfast was a bit too sweet for my taste, but you get it in your room!
