Perfect stay to end our holiday. Very very clean hotel, great staff, great food, great cocktails. We loved everything about this hotel. Rooms are very clean, equipped with all amenities needed, quite big. Breakfast was very good, freshly cooked and hearty. We had dinner there and it was also very good, so we think that food was consistent. The pool area was stunning and relaxing. Quite far from the heart if Bangkok, but honestly it is a relief to be away from the hassle in the centre :D We loved our stay here

We tried to order room service but they told us they do not offer it, however, they did tell us that we can go up to the restaurant, order food and then collect it again ourselves, so we did. Food was very good. However we do believe that since we still were able to get the food in the room, they should just offer room service.

Hotel have so many facilities inside so you can rest happily there! Loved the swimming pool, and the restaurant. Air con perfect and the room was beautiful. Loved to be greeted every time I exit or entered the building by the security (really nice people) also the restaurant personal, service personal & lobby were very kind! I could repeat in this hotel.

I loved everything. Before booking this hotel you need to know this isn't in the "center" of the city, but Bangkok is so huge I don't think there is really a "center". I get used to take the metro and in 30 min I was in Siam. Also, taxi or grab are other options. So overall, very recommended.

The hotel itself was pretty cool, a great poolside cafe and the pool was clean and inviting. I got injured on the second to last day and while it took quite a bit of time to get any attention they really took good care of me, rang for an ambulance, packed my bag etc.

The hotel was in a something, nothing area. Each time I left the hotel to find some food or entertainment I ended up back at the hotel because there was absolutely nothing to do. There were no trains or shopping centres. This is why I called it a something/nothing area. Also when I was going through the expenses I noticed that I had been charged for 2 bathrobes! I admit I was wearing one and someone had put the other one in my luggage. This was all totally outside of my control.

It was not too far from the festivities and bars but not too close either. But if you want a quite place thats a taxi ride from anywhere stay here. Hidden gem.

This is my first time on Thailand and I could not recommend this hotel enough. All staff are so lovely, pool is amazing, restaurant is amazing! Room was so clean and bed was so comfortable. There was one receptionist who was extra incredible, he gave me places to go explore around Bangkok, ordered taxis etc. 7/11 is so close to the hotel aswell and the staff are lovely in there also.

The room was spacious and the kitchen was nice.

I have noticed that they never change the bed sheet and linens. I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights but never change the bed linens but they do change towels which I requested. They only make bed to look nice but never change the bed sheets. They don’t have Netflix or any internet Tv to access YouTube or etc. Only have 39 Tv channels to watch mostly Thai. Don’t have room service for food. If you are hungry then you have to go down to kitchen.

The hotel looked brand new and very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful! Bangkok is a very big and noisy city, but this hotel felt like a small resort in the middle of it, with a beautiful swimming pool, fitness center and a few restaurants/bars inside.

I didn't like that you have to leave a 3000 baht (~100 usd) with the hotel until you return the room key (card) upon check out. The amount seems too high for me.

The location is not the closest to the city centre, however, the area is very nice and quiet, there are still shopping malls and cafes around for customers to explore. The rooms are extremely spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and would assist in however way they can. They do have a no smoking policy in the rooms and do require a deposit incase this rule is broken, therefore, make sure you smoke in designated smoking areas only. The pool and bar lounge is very spacious and relaxing. The food at the restaurant is also high quality. This was a 2nd stay at Casa17 within a year, and we do think we will be back next time!

Very safe and quiet.the reception staff Erich was excellent and very helpful .We upgraded our 3 rooms to suites and family room and the rooms were very spacious. Swimming pool was clean and good and very suitable for the kids .

Location was very far from all Bangkok activities and the taxi drivers refused most of the time to go unless you pay them more price than usual . There is no BTS nearby so the only transport was the taxi!.The breakfast was not Halal . The only shop that is very approachable was seven 11.In the last 3 days of our stay the cleaning was not as usual and they didn’t provide water and tea bags although we told the receptionist several times .The reception staff at night called Ati was very rude and before our leaving he was checking all the 3 suites very carefully to see if anything missing and was counting all the key cards .
